Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One consists of a double bed and has a TV, while the other bedroom has two separate single beds, which makes it an ideal family accommodation. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals, while the private pool will take care for some refreshment and joy in warm summer days.
