This beautiful, 2-level, remodeled condo boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a large lanai for dining and watching the magnificent sunsets. The upstairs master bedroom has fabulous ocean views from its private lanai. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with granite counter tops and tiled bathroom showers. Amenities include a sixty-foot heated swimming pool, white sand beach, two BBQ areas, and the Keonenui outdoor relaxation room with beautiful views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The condo is located steps from the sand! Air conditioning, free high-speed wifi, and new washer/dryer are included.

The Kahana Sunset Resort enjoys access to the secluded beach of Keonenui Bay where you can watch turtles, swim and snorkel. The tropical grounds at Kahana Shores are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. Nearby are coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store as well as the Napili Farmers Market. The Kahana Sunset is family friendly and quiet in the evening.

Lovely condo with an amazing view. The private beach was just perfect! Condo was clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Maintenance crew were very friendly and pleasant. Beautiful and peaceful location with breath-taking views of sunrise and sunset. Owner provided detailed information which was so helpful since this was our first time to Maui.

Perfect family vacation property

Kahana Sunset is the perfect spot for families in Maui and this property checks all of the boxes! The unit is fully equipped and the property has both a pool and ocean access. Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing Place to Stay in Hawaii

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Pool and beach are fantastic for a family. Saw numerous turtles! Plus we received fruits (mangos, lemons, papayas) from the grounds keepers during our stay, which was a unexpected plus. This complex has a very relaxing quite vibe to it. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the sunrise and sunsets each evening! Highly recommend!

The condo ia beautiful just like the pictures provided, has a lot of great hawaiian details, great views, a/c on every room and super clean. Very easy to check in and out. Thanks for everything for sure we will come back! Highly recommended :)

Loved Kahana Sunset

The property was perfect for my family. We loved snorkeling in the cove and were in awe watching the turtles. Such a great experience. We will definitely look to return to the property on any future trips to Maui.

Great location and apartment!

We stayed here during our first vacation to Maui. The apartment had an amazing layout, kitchen was well supplied, incredible views of the ocean and amazing information regarding snorkeling. We would definitely come back! As an added bonus, everyone at this location was incredible helpful and nice.

Fantastic property

We had a great visit and would gladly return. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful view as well as the proximity to great beaches and the beautiful Kapalua Coastal Trail. We also ventured on the road to Hana and the Pipiwai Trail. The old Lahaina luau was a great experience as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

3 Generation Relaxation Vacation

This property is beautiful and inviting. It had a way of emphasing OHANA and we felt blessed to have found such a welcoming condo. The sunsets on the lawn with people in the pool and others grilling reminded me of our neighborhood when I was growing up....a sense of community brought together by the Maui sunset, which never disappoints. Our unit was wonderful and we felt so at home, right on down to the little things....like bag clips and pool noodles! We really appreciated what the owner thought to include to outfit her kitchen and the decor was Maui perfect without being too much. We hope to visit again. Mahalo!

Magnificent Stay at KS C7

Beautiful, happy condo with awesome views, sparkling clean and with excellent proximity to shops and restaurants, comfy beds and lots of space. Whales, turtles and spectacular sunsets all included for free. If you like to cook (we don't) you will find every tool known to man in the kitchen. This is our second year booking with Epic and everything went according to plan. Awesome staff. No issues other than a little light bulb that went out and they immediately sent a very nice young man to replace. We highly recommend their services and this condo for your vacation needs.

Beautiful West Maui

We have stayed in different Maui locations and love the west side. C7 was an updated and very clean, well kept unit. C7 has very basic start-up supplies ( a few rolls of toilet paper, very small co tainers of dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, 2 rolls of paper towels, very few spices, ice trays empty upon arrival), so stock up if you are staying a while with a group. If you like to cook the appliances and kitchen tools are top notch. It would be a plus to offer guests a soft, insulated cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella to use while on the island. We enjoyed the view of the pool and ocean- peeks. This is a family oriented property with simple but beautiful grounds. We came early November and were disappointed that a North swell rendered the water too choppy to snorkel in and the beach was non existent. We had to walk or drive to other nearby coves. When the Kahana Sunset cove is actually beachy, this property is hard to beat for families or those who want a quiet and serene setting away from crowds.

Perfect stay

If you like the big busy hotels along Ka'anapali, read no further.. this condo is not for you. If you like a small family-feel condo complex that literally has it all, this place is for you. My family and I have been coming to Kahana Sunset for 15 years and we love it. The complex is right on the water with a small beach (small/no waves), a reef for snorkeling, many turtles, pool, BBQ and several tables/chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Another awesome thing about the complex is they have many fruit trees and an herb garden. Depending on the time of year, you benefit from the groundskeepers offering up the ripe fruit. This year, we enjoyed many ripe mangos that I never knew could be so sweet. The unit itself was one of the best we have stayed in so far in Kahana Sunset. The unit is updated, clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is AC and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kim for being so responsive to our minor needs to our stay.

Awesome Property

Kahana Sunset was the perfect property for our friends and family getaway. We had a party of 22 staying in 5 different condos and everyone had an amazing time. Our unit was perfect for our party. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms which is essential for couples. The rooms/bathrooms are a little on the small side compared to golf villas in Kapalua where we have stayed before but the beachfront access cannot be beat. Also loved the central location of the pool and multiple BBQs which was perfect for our large group. We thought the pool was supposed to be open until 9pm but the crew shut it down by 8pm every night of our stay so that was a bummer. The kitchen was well appointed. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels available for parties with longer stays but not a big deal to throw them in the wash. Condo has tile flooring and we of course brought in sand from the beach. There was no broom available but they delivered one to the condo the next day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to visit Kahana Sunset again in the future!
