The only rental house with private pool in the city of Myrtle Beach.
Must be 30 and older to book the place or have someone in the group 30 and older STAYING at the property, valid ID required.
4 BR/4 BH single family house. Two blocks away from the beach and one block to the strip. Private 8ft deep art pool, 3ft shallow end. 2 decks, one of them is overlooking pool and has slight view of the ocean. Free parking on driveway for 4 cars.
No early check ins, late check outs, bags drop off, early\late parking, plz respect our time needed for cleaning and preparing this huge property for you.

From October we offering heating up the pool up to 78-80 degrees for a fee, that goes towards utility bill.

No furniture rearrangement allowed. Clogged toilet or drain will result in $125 charge from deposit for plumbing services. This is not a party house

Great location to the beach and stores

We went for a golf vacation with 4 adults and had a great time. House is huge with a pool and 3 bathrooms inside and 2 outside. It had two decks and you are walking distance to the beach and to the main road for food or whatever you need.would like to come back again when it’s hot.

Great Location

Stayed 10 days for golf tournament. House was awesome layout, amenities and location. Loved back yard area Just needs some TLC Would highly recommend especially if we were younger stairs hard for me.

Great property

Overall it was a great house. Had some issues with the front door getting back in one night but it was a good size and what we needed.

Amazing

Had an amazing family trip and made great memories. The house was a big part because it was so spacious and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The pool was the best part. My kids will never forget it. We were close to everything so we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the fair! So many restaurants near by. Literally EVERWas perfect. Host was great! Will book again for sure.

Birthday/Jeep Jam

The home was exactly what we expected. Clean very inviting. The only problem we came across was the family TV didn't have sound the host made quick response to having it replaced. The kitchen has most of the supplies we needed lacked in drinking cups , pots and pans were very bent up and there were no grilling utensils so we bought a couple . My whole family had a great time and will look forward to booking this property again.

happy about location but cockroach

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach ONE BIG PROBLEM cockroach was lot and we bring some of the to our house we have to make sure to keep clean clean dishes that was very gross i was not happy about it some of the closet have some matters very bad they should be remove from there when we left to came back to new york we try to spoke to them no one call me back . but The location was a block over from a public beach, and the privates pool made it easy to keep the kids occupied. Rooms were good size with large closets. Lots of bathrooms.

Awesome vacation

The process was simple. Easy check in.home was exactly as pictured and even better.lanlord was awesome and if we needed anything she was just a message away. My family and I will 100 percent stay again next beach trip

Nice house and perfect location

My family and I have a great time at the house. The host Sandra was very quick to respond. We had an issue with pests at the house, and informed the host. Other than that the house is really nice, the pool is awesome and the location is perfect.

Awesome

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and it was amazing. The location was a block over from a public beach, and the privates heated pool made it easy to keep the kids occupied. We will definitely stay here when we come back!!!

Private Pool is Amazing!

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice house with everything you could possibly need in it. The private pool & pool area is Amazing and definitely my favorite part. There are his and her bathrooms poolside which is super convenient along with a mini fridge and pool floats. We cooked on the very nice grill every night. 1 quick block from the beach and walking distance to Dollar General, Denny's etc. Bring your fire stick as there is no cable...we brought ours but honestly barely used it. Cecilia, the host was wonderful to communicate with and more than accommodating. Overall great stay!

Very nice accommodations overall!

Lots of space. Pool was wonderful with outdoor bathrooms. Rooms were good size with large closets. Lots of bathrooms. Only negatives are uncomfortable mattresses and street noise due to location. Overall, highly recommended.

Property is really close to the beach and attractions!

Easy access entering the property! The private pool was nice because we didn’t have to share it with anyone but the pool furniture (chairs/tables) outside was dirty.I didn’t like that we couldn’t access the pool down by the 1st flr only through the upstairs which made it hard for my mom because she has knee problems and my uncle is legally blind. My family is big/tall so the house furniture did not accommodate us at all, 1 of the beds in a bedroom in which was for an adult couple was tiny like a toddler bed so that wasn’t good. The couch was small, all beds were uncomfortable and the Showers were small, again we are big/tall. I didn’t even recognize the other bathroom until the next day because it was outside with the pool, the kids noticed it but we never used it. One of the bathroom toilets located downstairs ran all day /night which could be annoying. Overall I didn’t complain too much because the teenagers were enjoying the pool, the balcony, and we we were mostly out and about. Everything I mentioned can be an easy fix for the next guest. Overall we did enjoy our stay at Myrtel Beach and the house location was close to attraction, beach, buses, restaurants, and grocery stores. Yes there is Wifi but no cable, at least we couldn’t figure it out and smart tv was located upstairs upstairs. Our property manager did communicate with me during the stay but my phone reception wasn’t that great but I did respond when I was able to.

Special features:
- Switch for lights on palm trees is on the side of the house by the bathrooms outside
- Pool light controller is in the pool room on the wall by the door. You can open it to change settings for different colors of pool light. (PLZ SHUT OFF AFTER YOU FINISHED USING POOL AT NIGHT!!!)
- The property has access to well water. The pump is located by the pool and pool water is the only water hooked up to well. The well water is tested for metals and you can drink it, but AT YOUR OWN RISK! Faucet is located right by the pump coming out of PVC pipe.
