Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach, this one-level resort retreat offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. There is also a larger fitness center across the street in the tennis community that offers a basketball court, fully equipped weight and cardio equipment area, indoor and outdoor pool, and a gym where fitness classes are offered(for an additional charge). The guest badges may be purchased at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. Please note: you must show your rental contract and owner authorization letter when purchasing badges. Badges cannot be purchased without these documents.
Linens and towels are not provided and may be rented for an additional fee. Parking Notes: A covered parking space (number 45) is under the Edgewater Building. The condo can be reached without going outside via the center elevator. Sea Colony Parking Permits are required to park in any space on the property. Guests who are visiting must get a permit from the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe in the Marketplace or from the Security Desk in the Edgewater House Lobby when the Beach Shoppe is closed. Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
