Newly renovated beach house in a quiet & desirable neighborhood, a short walk to Atlantic Ave, Delray Beaches & Lake Ida parks & refuges. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with open floor plan that spills out onto a majestic outdoor patio & pool area. Outdoor Kitchen & Tiki Bar add to the fun of outdoor living. Just added is newly built optional Guest House with studio living to include a King Size Bed, living area, TV, Kitchen area and private bath. This space is best when shared with the Main house but does not need to be included. Use of the Guest House is an added fee. Relax in comfort with an expansive fenced in yard with new salt water pool and plenty of comfortable outdoor living. Quiet & Comfortable and convenient to everything. Walk or bike to downtown, beaches, Lake Ida and so much more. A true gem!

Great Stay

This is a lovely and well-appointed home. The kitchen is easy to work in, having everything on hand to prepare and enjoy a meal. The comfortable pool area and Tiki Bar offer all the fun you could want without leaving the property. The owners are easy to communicate with, delightful, and swift to resolve anything that may come up. You can't miss. Two thumbs up.

This property was amazing. The house and guesthouse were well equipped with all the creature comforts! They were both very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and cozy! The Kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. The guest house is such a nice addition providing privacy for adults while the main house is great for a family. I had multiple guest come and go while I was there( adults children couples) it was amazing for all combinations of guests. I WILL be renting this home again! Loved the Tiki bar and outdoor kitchen Definitely a great vacation home Owner was incredible and available!

Beautiful Home inside and out. Home away from home

As beautiful as the photos are online, the home is even more beautiful in person. The back yard was like an oasis with the pool, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tiki bar and fire pit! The inside was immaculate and very nicely decorated and furnished. Everything you possibly needed was supplied. The hosts Kathleen and William Barrett were extremely nice, helpful, and responded to all inquiries quickly. Would love to go back again.

Perfection!

This property has everything you need,it is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We felt like we were at home during our 1 month stay. Bill and Kathy’s home was provisioned with everything we needed. We were able to barbecue and prepare family meals with ease. The location is walkable to Atlantic Ave shops, restaurants and Starbucks. It is walking distance to a beach but it might be a challenge if you are carrying beach gear. It would be an easy bike ride to the beach. 2nd St has a well marked bike lane. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with wonderful neighbors. The back yard is the perfect oasis. The pool was heaven with plenty of options for shade. The new tiki bar was the perfect spot to watch the game with a cold beverage. This house feels like a home it is so comfortable and welcoming we hated to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful and Relaxing

I stayed at this property with my elderly parents after we were displaced by Hurricane Ian on the gulf coast. This was exactly what the doctor ordered! Great house, newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and furnished. And what really made my parents happy...two recliners in front of a nice, big TV! While my parents did not avail themselves of the pool and lounging area, I did. The backyard area is gorgeous and I loved the waterfall coming into the pool . They have lots of chairs, loungers, shade umbrellas, and a great firepit. Publix is less than a mile away, downtown is walking distance, and the beach is super close as well. Kathy, the owner, was more than accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved Delray Beach and we loved this house. I hope we'll be back again someday!

Great for families

Quaint and newly remodeled. Perfect location for families. Quiet, safe neighborhood and close enough to walk, run, or bike to beach or downtown restaurants. Highly recommend this property for guests of all ages.

A new gem for Delray Beach

It was such an honor to be the first VRBO guests at this beautiful property in Delray Beach. We had a little trouble getting booked but the owners went above and beyond to help get it sorted out with VRBO. They were wonderfully communicative and available to answer all my questions. They did an incredible job remodeling this little gem and the pool was probably our favorite part. My kids loved it and swam daily. It’s also about a 20 minute walk to downtown, which has some good eats and shopping. Definitely worth the stay!

We enjoy all that Delray Beach offers while we renovate and add on to our lovely home. When we are not in Delray we love the opportunity to share our home with others looking to enjoy Delray as we do.
