Cabins Lane 108 is an exceptional Mountain House that offers a truly luxurious living experience. This beautifully furnished house enjoys an exceptional location with convenient walk-to-ski access. The open-concept living space is complete with a chef's kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, plus incredible mountain vistas through large picture windows. If the incredible location and the amazing kitchen don't entice you stay, there are additional conveniences like a gas grill, steam showers, and even a nursery. This is a wonderful place where you and your family or friends can easily make memories whether you're here in the summer or winter.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Mountain Village where the free gondola awaits. We took it it town and to the mountain top to see the stars at night. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Beds are comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful home

A group of 10 of us (3 couples, 4 individuals) spent six nights at this lovely home. The views are beautiful and the home is equipped with everything you need. Check-in and check-out process were very easy. Beds were quite comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition! We had two large SUVs which did fit comfortably inside the garage although the drive way is quite steep. We had no issues and would gladly return.

Great home with great views

We enjoyed this beautiful modern home with exceptional mountain views and loved listening to the tranquil sound of the running stream below the home. Located on a quiet street in mountain village with easy access to the market and gondola. This home makes for a perfect place to get-away, relax and enjoy all that mountain village and Telluride, Colorado have to offer.

Incredibly nice home. Our stay was in mid September with 5 couples. The house had everything we could have needed. Well stocked kitchen if you needed to cook. Hottub was a nice addition. The shuttle would run you to the gondola. It was perfect. Hope to come back to ski.

Gorgeous, spacious home nestled near the base of Mountain Village

We brought our family of 11 and it was perfect. We had 7 adults and four kids including a two year old. There was room enough for all of us with gorgeous views, a fully equipped kitchen and hot tub. There are multiple floors so everyone can spread out and balconies on every level. I would most definitely stay there again and would love to try the ski season next time!

A beautiful home in Mountain Village

This house is very nice and well appointed. It has everything! It is nestled into the woods, but only minutes to Mountain Village, which has easy gondola access directly into Telluride. I would recommend this home for anyone needing multiple bedrooms and living rooms. It is great for a large family or multiple families.

Not worth it

We had several big ticket issues with this pricey rental. First, the outside premises were not well maintained. We arrived around 7pm and the driveway, front entryway, balconies were covered in snow and ice. The driveway is very short, steep, and icy that our 4W SUV slipped and was damaged on one side. After 1 hour of digging ourselves out of the snow, we had to park the car in the nearest parking garage. There was a large amount of ice in front entry of at least 4 inches where multiple people fell and were bruised. We shoveled the entryway and driveway ourselves and bought snowmelt so no one else would get hurt. Second, the access code for dial a ride did not work and we did not have this service for the first day. Lastly, on day 3 of our trip 6 out of 10 people in the house developed a rash on their necks and faces. These people were staying in the kids room and upper master suite. This was not a hot tub rash but definitely some sort of bug. The management continued to claim it was from the hot tub but the majority of us staying are physicians and know what that rash would look like. Access to skiing is about 10 minute walk, some downhill some uphill. There are 2 parking spots in garage if you can get your car in there. Overall, the house had the space and amenities we needed. With all the listed issues, we would not come back to this place.

Wonderful home in a beautiful town.

Beautifully well-appointed home. The management company is easy to contact, makes sure you have all the information you need to have a fantastic vacation. We went for spring skiing, and the home uses a Dial-a-Ride service which allows easy access to the ski resorts, grocery store and gondola into Telluride. The steepness of the driveway/garage gives you pause, but not an issue which would prevent us from renting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
