A spacious super clean 4 bedroom home in a rustic farmhouse style. Luxurious bedding and soft comfy mattresses. All the comforts of home and more. Pool table, enclosed one car garage, covered large private patio and a large yard with swings in the back. Waffles for breakfast provided. Lots of extras! Next door to two other rentals if you need more space. No Pets or NO Smoking on or inside this property please. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Logan and Smithfield Temple, Golf, Restaurants and Shopping. You will love the neighborhood.

Cozy Space

My mom, sisters, and I had a wonderful girl hangout at this location! It was immaculate, cozy, with plenty of room for everyone. The host was incredibly accommodating with check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay again!

Family Wedding

Charming home with plenty of room

We had a great stay in this charming, nicely remodeled, home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the lights and noise but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for our large family with all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Great communication from the host and check-in was super simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house with great owners!

We loved the size of the house all of the labels and how well stalked everything was. The owners were great to work with and communicated really well.

Will stay here again.

We had to have a last minute trip, with not a lot of options available, for where to stay. So glad this home was available. It was perfect. Will pick this home next time we are visiting.

Wonderful Property

We only stayed at this property for one day but it was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of nine. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Darling family vacation home!

We loved staying in this location! The home was clean and comfortable. It fit our family well. We had good communication with the property manager and really enjoyed our time in this friendly quiet neighborhood.

This little home has been updated so nicely. We had a great time playing pool and using the kitchen while we were here. It has everything we could ask for.

Perfect Getaway

We brought a small group of girls from our church group for a retreat. The house was pefect. Clean and updated, large kitchen area. We had a blast! Owners were nearby and helpful.

Excellent rental house

The house was clean and spacious, with little niceties thrown in, like ketchup in the fridge for us to use. The owner was very responsive to communication. My kids had fun playing games and pool. I hope to stay there again.

Above and beyond

Rustic does not do this place justice. It has been beautifully remodeled and very well cared for. The owners even provide eggs and pancake mix for your morning. Best place we've stayed in a long time. Definitely would go back.

Really great

We were only in Logan for a few days and debated using a hotel to keep things simple. Couldn't be happier we went with the rustic abode. Great place, clean, responsive owner, good set-up, quiet neighborhood. All in all, 5 out of 5. Thanks for a great stay.

Great for families!

This place is awesome for families! There lots of beds and they also had a portacrib and air mattress for flexibility with sleeping arrangements. There was a extra large family room with lots of seating for the whole family. The backyard had a huge grassy area with a swing set for the little ones to play on. The covered patio with chairs was a fun place to have dinner while watching the kids play. It has a long driveway for parking and you can even park one car in the garage! It was super clean. The waffles for breakfast were much appreciated bonus! I definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful large home

This home is very beautiful. It has four bedrooms two bathrooms and a huge backyard with a swingset and a nice patio. In the basement there is a pool table. There was coffee and a nice coffee maker in the kitchen and a large dining room table. We had 10 of us the first night and six of us the second night we stayed and it was very comfortable with that many. One of the bedrooms has two bunkbeds which was perfect for the kids. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Cache Valley Hidden Gem

We loved this VRBO! It was exactly what we needed for our family! Lots of room to spread out and congregate in separate places- Around the kitchen table, in the living room, downstairs in the pool table room, and, our most favorite, together on the outside back patio. There was plenty of parking for the 4 vehicles we brought. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with lots of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. We put everyone to work! We were close to Logan but out of the busy-ness of the city. It was the perfect relaxing gathering space for our family after moving 3 college aged Aggie girls out of their dorms and apartments. It was also our first Mother’s Day after the passing of our family matriarch last Fall. It was a calm, relaxing, peaceful place for all her children and grandchildren to be together and share memories of her while making new memories together. Thank you so much!

I clean this property myself to make sure it's the best it can be. I hope you will enjoy your stay. We have another home next door called the Vintage Charmer, it's my great grandmothers home that was restored to look old even though it's newly renovated. We also have a barn out back that is a rental. I hope you'll love the place as much as I do!
