This beautiful, modern mountain home offers everything you and your family and friends could want on your vacation get-away to the historic town of Ouray. From the open kitchen concept, to the bar in the living room, to the back yard patio... this home lends itself well to entertaining or just kicking up your feet and relaxing.

The place is quite spacious: two bedrooms with king sized beds, a third bedroom that could sleep three with a queen/twin bunk bed and luxurious loft space with a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs master suite has a large bathroom with a two persons shower, a small private deck overlooking the backyard and a flat screen tv for late night movies.

Enjoy the cozy living room, snuggle up to the fire, shake a few cocktails or turn on the large flat screen tv and watch some Netflix. You will also find a brand new grill on the front deck. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, appliances and plenty of glassware for any beverages you might bring along.

Relax out back under the old pine trees on the new brick patio with gas fire table. Park your car in the garage if you'd like... there is room for one guest vehicle, bicycles, skis, etc.

Owners, Hans and Cory, have been in the Hospitality business for many years and also currently own a restaurant in town. Brickhouse 737 is a gathering place that focuses on community, farm-fresh ingredients, hospitality and travel-inspired dishes. They have been successful in providing their guests with contemporary American cuisine that is both creative and approachable. Brickhouse 737 is currently ranked number one on TripAdvisor and Yelp. The downstairs unit is rented out to employees at Brickhouse737. They will respect your privacy. Please respect theirs. Keep in mind that you are staying in a residential neighborhood, be respectful of other properties and please limit your noise level after 10pm.

Excellent property and hosts

This place was epic. Easily the best stocked kitchen BnB we've ever stayed at. I documented what type of knives and pans they were because they were so good. The neighborhood was quiet, the firepit was great, and there's even a neighborly golden retriever that comes by to say hi anytime you're outside. We'll definitely stay again.

The views from the house were incredible . The outdoor propane fireplace was so inviting and comfortable to sit by at the end of the day. The location was a very short distance from downtown Ouray.

This place was amazing. Modern but rustic, with a warm fireplace and picturesque windows of mountain views. Right by the hot springs and a few minutes from the climbing park… this was a perfect place to stay in Ouray!

Excellent house

The views were stunning, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, location was great. We walked/biked everywhere. Outdoor patios were lovely including the comfy couch and fire pit . Love this place!

Stayed here for our Colorado Elopment!

We chose to stay here during our Colorado elopement. The pictures of us turned out amazing at the house beforehand and the location is perfect to get wherever you need to go. All the beds were super comfy and it everything we could need was at the house! I would stay there again when we come back to Ouray!

Week in Ouray

Great property in a great location. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. All appliances and amenities are top of the line. Large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Cory was very responsible when we had a few questions. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Ouray in the future.

Perfect for Group Trip

My friends and I came to ice climb and this house was perfect. Lots of open space and room to move around. Only issue we had was getting the fireplace to start- it was sporadic and no clear instructions on getting on and off. Otherwise, our experience was wonderful and I would definitely rent again!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed Labor Day weekend with another family at this property. We decided to split the kids up and had one family upstairs in the master and on the pullout sofa and the other family in the downstairs bedrooms. All of the kids could have bunked together in the bunk bed room. The home is furnished very nicely with a well equipped kitchen. The two parking spaces (one garage and one driveway) worked for our two families. Close enough to walk to hot springs and into downtown.

Comfortable house

Conclusion: Would stay here again. Kitchen well equipped, but owner’s policy is to remove everything from refrig, so we had to buy all condiments. Owner provided a bottle of wine — worth at least 1 point right there. Owner communicated well before the stay began, but never got a “welcome” text, and no apology for changing wifi password from what was provided with confirmation. Beds we’re comfortable. Instructions for kitchen light controls would have been helpful. Location convenient to town.

Great place to stay

You can tell the owners are in the hospitality business. We had slight problem on first day and the guys took care of the problem immediately. The house provided everything we needed and was furnished with comfort in mind. There were enough towels and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the kitchen. First VRBO we stayed in that came with sharp knives and enough pots and pans to cook a nice meal. Having a garage for the car was also very nice. The house is a little outside of town which makes it nice and was perfect for two couples. On a side note the owners also own a restaurant in town which serves excellent food. We would rent this place again and really enjoyed Ouray. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely Home

We loved the location of this home. Close enough to town, yet far enough as to not hear vehicles on the road or sounds from town. We have a large family, all of our children are tall and the bedrooms/beds fit everyone nicely. No complaints! Check-in/out was very easy with clear instructions. The owner also has a restaurant in town called Brickhouse 737 and the food was absolutely delicious! We dined there two evenings. I'd highly recommend. One thing we would have appreciated knowing before hand was that there is a tenant that lives under the home. We were not up late at all, but we do have teenagers that are big kids and he mentioned we were loud.

Outlay house

This home is very nice. The upstairs master suite & bath are extremely nice & comfortable. The 2 bedrooms down stairs are smaller. The bedroom with the queen/twin bunk is designed to possibly sleep 4 people on the bunk & a trundle bed; it is pretty cramped for that many people. The downstairs bath is small and houses the washer & dryer. We needed to use the soda bed upstairs & had to strip sheets off the bunk bed for that as there were no extra sheets. If you are bringing 10 people; it will technically handle it—just beware that it will be crowded. Also the location is close to town and has very close neighbors. All in all the house worked for our group & made a relaxing stay.
