This home features an open concept living area with ocean views from almost every angle! On the main floor, there is an ocean facing Queen bedroom with sliding glass doors giving access to the fantastic ocean facing sundeck. On the1st floor there is an additional bedroom with twin beds. (Can be converted to king upon request). Bathroom 1 is located on this floor.

Head upstairs to the third bedroom with a three-quarter ensuite bathroom.

The outdoor living is where you will find yourself taken aback by the stunning ocean views, the relaxing deck and the yard for sunbathing!

With direct access to the Marginal Way and the semi-private Marginal Way Beach, you will be left dreaming of your days when you can return! When you are ready to explore - follow the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove and to the Quintessential Village of Ogunquit - both are just a half mile away! Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance! You will have a terrific time finding your new favorite spot for a Maine Lobster Roll or Maine Raised Oyster selections!
