This stylish modern space is in a prime location, just minutes away from the bustle of downtown CDA and the lake and is fully equipped to provide the perfect North Idaho vacation for a family! The home has been recently updated and has plenty of charm and character, and boasts a lovely green space in the backyard with games & outdoor seating. Spacious and comfortable, this home will provide everything you need to enjoy your time in the CDA area.

Enjoy a wonderful vacation right in the heart of Coeur d'Alene. This location is ideal for folks looking to see what CDA has to offer. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is cozy and inviting the minute you walk in. Enjoy parades, fireworks, Car d'Lane, a short distance to McEuen park, Lake Cd'A, Tubbs Hill, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With ample space to store your things and a full kitchen ready for serving, you'll feel right at home here. Home is 2000 square foot.

We liked the location. Everything was great at the house and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard at night. We'd stay here again!

Pleasant and easy I90 access

The house worked great for our trip to Silverwood. The A/C was not working in the upper living room, so the upstairs was uncomfortably warm. I let the landlord know. They replied back that they were waiting for a part. The second day they said they could install it but we were already gone for our day. They said they could go in and replace it while we were gone if we were ok with that and then it would be cool when we got back, I never heard back from them and the AC was still not working when we got back. I still have not received any reply from them! The cleaning crew could also use some help. There was a huge clump of hair in the drain in the master bathroom when I went to shower!

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to entertain with friends and so close to downtown, lakes and trails. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with appliances, cookware and more. The property manager was very helpful as well. We will be back next year! Thank You!

Great Stay!

Everything about the property worked for us. The kitchen is stocked well with good utensils and every thing we needed. Owner was great. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the downstairs family area. I found out that the owner has a lot in store to make the place even better. Location is central to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Old home renovated to an avg vrbo in old neighborhood

Located close to city center, but old/sketchy neighborhood. Not nearly as large as pictures portray. Old home with renovations, so good effort to turn into a vrbo. New/clean furnishings; missing basics like salt/pepper/matches. Some outlets/etc didn't work. No bathroom downstairs with two of the bedrooms. Mostly weeds vs lawn. Basic accommodations but not equivalent to the cost.

Excellent Property!

We had a great stay, perfect lodging for our family. The space does not disappoint. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we could need for some simple meals. The property manager was very helpful, responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

After a day of exploring and getting a taste for the beautiful North Idaho lifestyle, you came back and spent quality time together. A game of corn hole out back brought out some competitive streaks and then you settled the score downstairs in a round of darts. You don't remember?
