The fully air-conditioned living and dining area invites convivial moments while offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Exposed beams, noble materials, and generous volumes give this space a truly unique character.

The adjacent semi-open kitchen was designed for food lovers. Fully equipped with quality appliances and everything needed to cook in a space that is both functional and stylish, it features carefully selected tableware, utensils, and furnishings for a seamless stay.

Also on the ground floor, the master suite offers a peaceful haven with calming views of the natural surroundings. Naturally cool even in summer, this room is not air-conditioned but remains very pleasant thanks to the thermal mass of the building. It features a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a private travertine bathroom with a walk-in Italian-style shower.

A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor, where two attic-style bedrooms with air conditioning await. They share a bathroom located inside one of the two rooms. A common area with a sofa and desk completes this level, ideal for reading, relaxing, or remote work. A separate toilet is also available upstairs.

Everything around the house has been designed to enjoy the best of outdoor living. A large travertine terrace is perfect for sharing meals or relaxing, shaded by a premium bioclimatic pergola. The spacious wooden table comfortably seats up to 10 guests. High-end outdoor furniture includes comfortable sun loungers and elegant parasols, inviting guests to unwind in style.

In the heart of the garden, the 6 x 10 meter swimming pool is secured with an electric submerged safety cover. Perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, it opens onto open views of vineyards and olive trees, creating a serene, contemplative atmosphere.

The landscaped park surrounding the house offers shaded corners ideal for reading, napping, or quiet reflection. A private walking path leads directly from the house into the garrigue and pine forest, offering an authentic taste of rural Provence.

A covered carport provides shade for parked vehicles, and an electric car charging station is also available for compatible vehicles, ensuring comfort and convenience for all travelers.
