The fully-appointed (and recently modernized) kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need for your next sun-filled vacation!  It comes fully-appointed for the most descriminating home-chef, so that you can still make home-cooked family meals on Vacation! Plenty of seating around the dinner table for the whole family! Looking to Dine Out or Order In instead?  Not a problem!  Ventana Breeze is centrally-located in Blue Mountain Beach, near some of the best dining and shopping in the area!

The first floor Junior Master King Suite features a shared bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.  The bottom floor is also complete with a laundry room (with full-sized washer and dryer) a spacious screened-in front porch and a Propane (provided) Grill for cooking burgers on those hot summer nights!

Upstairs you will find another King Master Suite, with a large, en-suite bath, complete with a walk-in Shower and Soaking Tub. Also up here, you'll find the  Bunk-room with TWO Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds, the perfect place for the kid's to hang out!  Every room has it's own bath, and each has their own TV's, so no fighting over TV's or shower's on this vacay!

No Smoking: 
Smoking nor vaping are not permitted at Ventana Breeze in Blue Mountain Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Pets/Animals:
No pets of any kind are permitted in Ventana Breeze on Blue Mountain Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
