Villa Serena is a wonderful escape tucked in the hills above Sonoma. The views are spectacular, and the setting is peaceful and removed from town. The house is well appointed and has a calming effect. We would absolutely return.

The views are outstanding. The home accommodated us perfectly as we were able to connect with our extended California family. Wish we could have used the pool. The pool area is stunning. Close to Sonoma and other wineries. Very relaxing!!

We are five friends from high school that rented this house for a 50th birthday celebration. It was just a couple minutes from downtown Sonoma where we went to a wonderful vintage wine market and tasted champagne and had a great dinner. We were only about 25 minutes from Napa and took a great tour there on our second day. This is one of the few times where I can honestly say the pictures on the website do not do this house justice. It is incredibly beautiful. The view is spectacular and the decorating is perfect. I slept on the hideaway bed and even that was more comfortable than a normal hideaway. There is lots of outdoor seating. On our way back to the house one night, we even saw a buck standing in the middle of the road. The house is located up a windy road with incredible views. The only thing I would note is that the pool is finished in a “pond style” which we were not familiar with. It makes the water look green and the pool kind of old and rundown even though it’s not. We weren’t sure if it was broken but Jo responded right away and explained to me that that was the natural look. I would highly recommend this house! Whoever decorated it has impeccable style. And it was perfectly clean.

Our trip to Villa Serena was nothing short of amazing. The views and accommodations were 2nd to none! Tucked away quietly up in the hills yet close to the Plaza full of options for shopping, food and drinks. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Serena. Loved all the extra touches of the home as well as the organization of the home. Book this home today!

We really enjoyed our stay.....the house is beautiful and the pictures do not do justice to the house or the view.....both spectacular. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated. The decks were absolutely amazing.....much time was spent there in the mornings and evenings. The location is great....close to town. I hope we have the chance to stay here again.
