Family vacation studio house in a quiet area!

This studio home in Crystal Beach is perfect for a small family looking for a stay at the beach with their fur baby (additional fee applies for pet). The home is colorful and inviting with an open floor plan. And the kids will love the purple! The living area has a set of windows that show off the lovely ocean view. The sleeping area has a queen bed, and a trundle bed with double over twin. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress topper. All bed and bath linens are included in the rental. The bathroom has a great shower for you to enjoy at the end of a day at the beach. There is a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked including a traditional coffee maker. There are games, books, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon included in your rental. The beach is an easy 7 minute walk from the house. This is a perfect family vacation rental! Note: There is not a separate bedroom in this home.

Pet friendly!! This fun house is now small-to-medium size pet friendly. There is a fenced yard with a back staircase. You can sit on the balcony and keep an eye on your fur baby. (additional fee applies)

* Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided in the rental.
* Kitchen has all basic cookware, serving dishes and utensils, including plates, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, baking dishes, crockpot, frying pans, cooking utensils, carving knives, saucepans, blender, and corkscrew.
* Full size washer/dryer.
* Small dish soap, dish-cleaning soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 kitchen trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels are included.
* All trash must be in trash bags before disposing in outside trash bins.
* There is no dishwasher in this home.
* There are exterior security cameras at the entrance and near the garage/parking area.

Note: This home is on a septic system which requires guest awareness of what is disposed in the drains and toilets.
