A comfortable 04 rooms apartment with 02 bedrooms, in one of the most lovely area of Paris, it is only 5 minutes walk to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne, where there are luxury brands shops like Chanel, Christian Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier... the aera offers many restaurants, theaters, cinemas, cabarets, clubs, tourist attractions : museums Petit and Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde.

A perfect peaceful place to rest, 1077 square feet - 100 m², quality of the furniture with modern design, convenience authentic Parisian interior style : parquet flooring, decorative fireplace...achieving a subtle blend of tradition and modernity.

In a former building from 1860 with elevator, door entry system, intercom, a secure and quiet place.

The apartment includes : a large hall entrance, one bedroom with a keen bed 160X200, a second bedroom with a double bed 140X190, 2 pull out single beds, a living-room with dining-room : table, eats, armchairs, large sofa, smart connected TV, coffee table, a fitted kitchen fully equipped : dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combination oven and microwave, stove top with gas burners, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table and chairs, a full bathroom with WC and washing machine dryer, a shower-room with sink, a second separate WC.

Individual central heating, cable TV with international channels high-speed internet, free WIFI.

Towels and linen are provided.

In summer, the apartment is equipped with 2 large pedestal fans + a Dyson big fan & air purifier.

Shopping facilities : bakery, butchery, caterer, supermarket open until 11pm, gourmet shop, banks, post office, pharmacy ...

Public transport, metro line 9 : Saint Philipe du Roule in front of the door, metro line 1: Franklin Roosevelt on Avenue des Champs Elysées (direct to go to Notre Dame Cathedral), taxi station, bus stop and bicycle.

I absolutely loved the luxury feel of this beautiful apartment. Its location is ideal being close to the Metro and lovely Champs Elysees. Grocery needs are very close and many, many restaurants just out the door. It was a perfect home away from home in Paris for me and my friends.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, and easy access to so much of Paris. Friendly cafes and two good supermarkets nearby. Michel and Isabelle accommodated our need to stay for an extra night due to a general strike in Paris… very much appreciated! And having a washer and dryer meant we packed less for our 11 day stay. Wonderful trip!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly and always available! It is located in a very nice neighborhood and close to the metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Terrific apartment

We loved our stay in this well situated Paris apartment. Beautiful and comfortable, with great detail paid to the decor and functionality. The teeny, tiny elevator is one for the record books. Highly recommend.

Crazy loud floors upset neighbors, great location.. And more...Etc

Great location but impossible to walk around inside without the floors squeaking and creaking and waking everyone in the house up. no shampoo or toiletries are provided, 40 year old towels to shower and the neighbor knocking on my door asking us to be quiet 2 minutes after we got home from a nice dinner out when my wife and daughter had on heels. my daughter had to go to the bathroom in the night and as the floors creaked it woke everyone up not to mention the people who live upstairs must be employed to some extent every morning around 6 a.m. they're stomping around for 45 minutes. My electric razor blew the electricity fuse for the entire place and thus we had no water heater or warm water until the owner came and fixed it.

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect. There were bars, resturants and a grocery store close by. The apartment was big enough for the four of us. The Champs Elysees was just down the block. I would recommend this apartment to friends and families.

High quality apartment

My husband and teenage daughters had a perfect experience at the apartment. Everything is clean and classy. The furnishings are well kept, there are plenty of linens and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen is well stocked to make a quick cup of tea. The neighborhood is active with locals yet an easy walk to tourist locations. Michele was accessible and easy to contact. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect place for a family! Location, cleanliness, and ease

Fabulous apartment in safe, awesome location!

This property went beyond our expectations! It's impeccably clean, spacious and tastefully appointed. Michel and Isabelle, the owners, responded to our every question, before and during our 7 day stay. Easy access to delicious food, taxi stands, patisseries, cafes and the grocery store. My friend and I, another woman, felt very safe in the neighborhood, both day and night. Such a lovely place to chill in at the end of the day. Be sure to bring small bars of soap for bathrooms and soap for the washer, should you choose to use it. We will definitely be back! Merci beaucoup, Michel and Isabelle!

We landed at CDG and called our host. He met us, walked us through the property and was very hospitable. The property is lovely. Everything worked well. Highly recommend this host and property.

Great location

Lots of restaurants nearby so we really didn’t use the kitchen much. Walking distance to many sites. Bed in main bedroom is not US king size so may be small for some couples.

Great Paris Apt

A week in Paris with friends. Great location with access to various transportation modes. Just off the Champs Elysees. The elevator was great for luggage up and down , and accessible for mobile people (max 2). - not for person in wheelchair. Apt was very clean and neat. Equipped with more than we used. Washer/Dryer did come in handy. Note: with 3 adults in second bedroom there is not lots of room to unpack - recommend using packing cubes. Open suitcase will slide under bed for easy access. Host were very responsive to questions and concerns Would definitely recommend and stay again

spacious and clean

the beds are very comfortable and the whole apartment is spotless clean. do not be afraid to damage any top of any furniture, everything is completely covered by a white plastic cover. during the evening and night there is quite some noise from a bar right next to the apartment and the street. we would have appreciated very much to find at least one or two bottles of water in the fridge. and would not have been disappointed to find a rest of olive oil instead of an empty bottle. also operating instructions and guide of channels for the TV would have been helpful. not everybody knows, how orange/france works... over all spacious and clean but relation price/quality not good enough.
