It consists on the ground floor of a living room with television and fireplace, a separate equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bathroom, a covered courtyard of 12m² with Barbecue and a sunny courtyard. First floor ; a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an office area. On the second floor: A large bedroom with a 90 cm single bed and a large terrace hidden from view. Reversible air conditioning in the living room, large bedroom and office. You have two parking spaces, one in front and one in the courtyard of the house. There is also a cellar to store bicycles, plenty of storage space, double exposure. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00). You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks). We are approved by Chèques Vacances. Not suitable for PRMs. The tourist tax is extra. The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer period.
