This furnished duplex home accommodates up to 8 people, with a full kitchen and a small lounge area outside.

You have a lounge area to enjoy and 1 parking space at the front of the property. TV's in each room and 1gig internet connection for those who need a stable connection to work.

The unit is 100% for the guest and is not shared.

We are 5 minutes from Wynwood one of Miami's top places to visit for nightlife , art, restaurants and museums. On a short drive you will find in the area Miami Jackson Hospital, Earlington Heights Metro Station and Miami International Airport. A car would be the best way to move around Miami. Second best would be Uber or Lyft. Third are bus stops, which are nearby, but may take longer due to traffic conditions. Less than 10 min away is Earlington Heights Metro Rail Station, which can connect you to Brightline, Tri-Rail station or Amtrak. For those with more local knowledge, the Metro Rail can also connect you to Metromover in Downtown Miami.

Washer and dryer are available for your use. We provide small amenities for bathroom and kitchen to enjoy upon your arrival.
No smoking inside the unit, please smoke outside. Smoke contaminates the entire house and all items inside. Please do not smoke or you will be charged $400.00 for additional cleaning.

Please minimize noise after 11:00pm

Standard check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am

Garbage pick-up is Monday and Thursday.Please place garbage bins by sidewalk if they are full during your stay on those specific days.

Do not throw anything in the toilet. You will clog the toilet and repair fees will be charged back to you. Plumbing repairs in Miami are expensive! (average $300.00)
