Villamare Pool Modernization Project—What You Need to Know!
The Owners of Villamare will be embarking on a major outdoor Pool Modernizaton Project. It is expected to greatly increase the enjoyment of Villamare by both owners and their guests in many years to come. A significant change since the project was initally envisioned is that the project will be completed over one Fall/Winter Season instead of two. The original plan had a new pool being built near the grill area in 2023/2024 and the main pool receiving a complete modernization in 2024/2025. The entire project will now be completed in 2023/2024. If you will be staying at Villamare from September 15, 2023 until April 30, 2024, you may experience noise and construction traffic or the inability to utilize some of the access points to the beach. There will always be a way to access the beach from Villamare.
The highlights of the project’s progress is as follows:
September 15 – October 15: Demolition of decks, removal of trees and other initial project work at both sites...the new Serenity/Adult Pool by the grills and the Main pool wood decking. THE MAIN POOL AND THE CONCRETE DECKS OF THE MAIN POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN.
October 15 – April 30: Main Pool is closed and the project on both the new Serenity/Adult Pool and the Main Pool will be under construction.

Things to Know....
The Indoor Pool and Fitness Center will remain open throughout the project.
The Grill area will be available throughout the project.
Beach Access will remain available throughout the project. There will be times when the existing beach walkway will need to be closed due to the type of work is taking place at that /me. There will always be an access point either through the Disney property next door or the natural path alongside Building 3.
Work hours will be from 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday.
There will be a weekly schedule shared with owners that will provide a sense of noise or other disruptions for the upcoming week.
