Updated townhome style with lots of natural light. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Walking distance to the best coffee shop and sandwiches in town! (Colossus and Busy Bee). Short drive to downtown San Pedro, the beach, and the beautiful coastline of Palos Verdes Peninsula.
Guests have full access to the unit as well as the one car garage.

- Memory Foam beds in each bedroom + Sofa bed in living room
- 4K Smart TV's in living room and master bedroom, watch all your favorite streaming services
- Fully stocked and equipped kitchen
- Relax on the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze
- Private downstairs bedroom with attached bathroom
- Washer and dryer in home
- One garage parking space with additional street parking
- This is the back house of a duplex. Fully separate from front unit with no shared walls
