Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Too many to list; but here goes: walk out/private walk to beach, proximity to downtown activities and restaurants, excellent kitchen amenities and Wi-Fi services etc…

Wonderful 5 bedroom house for multi family get away with fantastic porches, chairs, and private beach. Close to restaurants and shops....not crowded. Would stay again.

SunKiss is an extremely nice beach house. Well stocked with every kitchen item you might need. For us once of the most impressive is the beach houses AC. Our party loves to keep it cool during sleeping hours. Only four miles to the Hangout and a very short drive to Lulu’s. If I made any recommendations, it would be to extend the range of the houses wifi to reach the beach. Mainly because a couple in our party still had to work a little. It was really nice to find that a title nest is on the beach right behind the house and we were hoping we would witness the hatching (but maybe the next guest). There is no doubt that in our 35 years for coming to Gulf Shores that this house ranks in the top 5. I highly recommend this property and the rate is very reasonable for all. One of my favorite items besides the AC was the built in Ice Maker, Making it quick to blend up a frozen adult drink or a kid favorite milkshake.

Excellent location, many amenities!

Spacious, 2-story home, steps to the beach. Plenty of space, no over-crowding to have to deal with. House is nicely furnished with a large fully stocked kitchen and an additional ice maker. Super handy to ice down a few drinks for a long day by the water. Lots of natural light throughout. Plenty of parking for our group with 4 vehicles, max is 5 cars. Picnic table, chairs and an excellent grill outside on the lower level below the house. A box of beach toys and beach chairs provided if you don’t have your own. Washer and dryer available, worked great! Evenings are peaceful for sitting on the deck to feel the cool breeze, listen to the waves and/or star-gaze before turning in for the night. Ahhh! The beds are a little firm for me but I still managed decent sleep after nice, long days on the beach, swimming, and winding down each evening with more quality family time. A couple of linens were missing but we made due. A light bulb was missing from a bedroom lamp and the tub drain in one of the bathrooms was slow to drain but a quick notification to the manager and the drain issue was corrected and light bulb placed in less than 24 hrs, maybe less than 12 hrs. I didn’t mention the missing linen to the manager because I had already contacted them twice and I wanted to get on with my week-stay. They would’ve delivered more I’m sure. Wi-fi not the greatest, could use a boost to accommodate more than 1-3 people using it at one time. These days almost everyone, even kiddos, use wi-fi, for watching or playing on a tablet even if only for a short period between outside activities. Fortunately we had a hot spot and was able to accommodate the additional needs and I was able to address some work items that couldn’t wait. But since I wasn’t there for work it wasn’t really noticed. Regardless and overall, our stay was pleasant and this was probably our easiest and most relaxing trip to Gulf Shores yet (out of the last 5 years that we’ve been coming to Gulf Shores). We would definitely consider staying at the “Sun Kissed” home again. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Place!

This was our second time to use this house and it was just as good as the first time 2 years ago. Very nice place with good amenities and great beach access. Recommend to any larger group.

Fun Place for multiple families

We had 3 families join together for a week's vacation and it was the perfect amount of space. No one felt cramped. The kitchen was AMAZING! the extra ice machine was a huge help with filling coolers to take to the beach each day! The only thing that could possibly make it better would be a pool. :)
