You will never run out of things to do here. This breezy and sunny condo offers an inviting and light-filled living area with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV with cable that opens up to a private balcony with incredible views complete with an outdoor dining area. Speaking of dining, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up the most delicious and unforgettable meals!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was the worst possible stay. False advertisement of the condo. States it has indoor pool and kid area neither of which are true. Pull out bed was broke. Not one single extra blanket. No batteries in remote for tv to even turn it on. Patio door to balcony doesnt even lock. Also states ocean front and it isnt. I reached out to Vacasa starting the day we checked in and have MULTIPLE messages stating id be called back and still nothing. Absolutely awful!!

Great Beach Times!!!

Found this condo online and the reviews were all over the place. Honestly, this is a vacation spot, the negatives people write about shouldn't affect your stay. This condo suited all of our needs and is in a great location with quick access to the beach. We had a little hiccup getting in the first day, but that was resolved very promptly over the phone. After that, it was smooth sailing. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Has a washer and dryer, small, but does the job. Pool was great! Plenty of room around the pool as well for relaxing and talking with other families. They have a couple of tennis courts right by the pool, a place for boats and kayaks and a pet area for walking your dogs. One of the best beaches we have been to in a long while. Looking forward to the next trip down.

Not as advertised. VERY disappointed!

It was a dated unit. Needs upgrades and a quality remodel. 60s cabinets. Second-hand like furniture. Partially installed tile in places. Electrical tape showing on lamp installation. It was advertised as “Oceanside,” which is the ONLY reason we booked. It was NOT Oceanside. It was across the street and our unit was not even facing the ocean. Not worth the price!!

The grounds were very well-maintained. Beautiful landscape. Loved hearing all the birds while sitting by the pool. The unit we stayed in was nice, but older. The dryer vent was loose and came off during first use so we did not have means to do our laundry (maybe not such a bad thing, since on vacation, but would have been nice.). Would also have been nice to have had a shower on beachside to wash sand off in order to have sand-free feet/shoes to walk across roadway.

We will stay here again, but not with VACASA!

The facility and location was good. We met several of the condo owners, and they were all very nice. Vacasa changed our reservation at 10:00 pm the night before we left. They were very slow to respond to our issues. We paid for a unit with a view of the Gulf and the Little Lagoon. We ended up with a view of the lagoon only. The unit has not been maintained as it should. An example would be the A/C filter was plugged and there was dirt around all of the registers. We also killed a roach every day for the first three days. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great help. The elevators have been upgraded and work great. The pool is very nice. This place has it's own beach access, which is great. You can walk to the beach and not have to drive anywhere if you choose not to.

Beds were very comfortable. Condo needs to be painted, furniture updated both inside and patio area. Repairs need to be done throughout. Nice condo for overlooking pool and lagoon. Beach access was nice.
