A non-refundable $50 per vehicle building registration fee must be paid by credit card at check-in.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay

The place could definitely use a few upgrades but nothing that affected the comfort of our stay. The place was well equipped with everything we needed way more than I expected. Everything was very clean. I would definitely book here again.

Great view, quiet area, sadly came during tropical storm but had a very nice time. Sliding door needs to be fixed, could not open it and could hear the winds through the window. Besides that, was very nice and comfortable to stay at. Will definitely come back for another stay.

Good place for kids

Overall was a nice condo to stay with 3 kids (6 and under). Balcony was safe and private, pool was never crowded, easy walkout to the beach, beautiful direct view over the pool and ocean, tv in the living room and bedroom both have a Roku on them. The condo could use some TLC, both of the couches are broken, the front door is hard to unlock and looked like someone had tried to break into it at some point. The beds were very firm so it was uncomfortable for us.

August trip

The view was great. The place was nice. Its dated . The fridge has rust spots on the front . The keurig was very old and barely worked. I went to use the vacuum and it started smoking . The one sofa is broken.

It worked great for us!

Like other reviews stated, the unit feels really outdated. Rust spots on the fridge and all the heaters (we didn’t use them, it’s just hard to miss the wear and tear). Rug was ripped, couch was broken in some spots, the air conditioner could really stand to be cleaned (it’s right by your face in one of the beds). Also the door was splintering right at the lock (it worked fine and was secure, but not really a comforting sight when we got there). But the place was great for us. Beds were comfy, space worked great. View is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Old Property but Nice View

I stayed with family here last weekend. We enjoyed the ocean view from balcony and small walk to the beach. Interior is outdated, bedroom A/C has mold so don't when think to turn it on, mail hall AC makes lot of noise as well. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. Toilet seat was broken. Overall I would give it 2 star based on location and view.

Great location, needs new couches

Location is great at High Point South. Short walk to the beach steps to a pool great condominium overall. The condo itself needs new couches, both of them are in bad shape and one completely broken. Do not count on the pull out sofa bed as a sleeping possibility. The mattress is very thin and very uncomfortable. The entire couch should be replaced as well as a smaller couch as the back of the couch is broken away and not comfortable at all. The bedroom two beds are very comfortable room set up very nice. Everything else within the condo was very doable and pleasant.

Not Again.

Let’s start with the door lock. Spent 5 or so minutes trying to get lock to unlock. At first glance room looks nice. Small couch is broken and extremely uncomfortable. Pull out couch is like sleeping on a piece of paper. Fridge is rusted. Stuck food on “clean” dishes in the dish washer and cabinet. Barely any dishes and random cups. Shower runs out of hot water in less then 5 minutes. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet. Oh and the best part? The dishwasher leaked all over the floor when it was running. Oh and it’s a family friendly unit? There’s no safety locks on the balcony door in the bedroom.

Much left to be desired

We were really looking forward to our stay, but we found many upgrades were needed. The beds in the master bedroom were made of railes. I actually hit my shin on the corner of a rail on one of the beds. There was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone had kicked it. The condo had an odor. The fabric on the couches waa pilling. And we actually found hair on the sheets on the beds, hair that was not ours. Vacasa offered free cleaning, but we declined, because we cleaned it all when we came in. Overall, the balcony was lovely, and it was a spacious place. But for what we paid, we'd have appreciated better amenities than what we received.

Poor customer service, did not feel safe AT ALL!

My stay was horrible. I did not feel safe in this newly managed property as I have felt decades (that’s right, decades) before. Someone attempted to enter my condo. And just when I was getting out of the shower, and there a man was, standing in the condo. I called and called and called. No empathy, no understanding, now urgency, no nothing. Worst, NO FOLLOW UP. I left a full day early after not sleeping for 2 days. Even propping chair under door handle and placing glass on top so I’d be awaken should that happen again. I’m at a lost for words. This has NEVER happened to me before under previous management company and help was ALWAYS a call away for ANY issue, not that I ever had one. This condo doesn’t give the beach experience because the windows do not open and the AC units are so loud you can’t even hear the ocean (for those of us who enjoy that). No true at home feel in kitchen, where is the coffee pot and no I don’t want to look under the cabinet under the sink to pull out some drip coffee pot with stains. I really will buy a small one for travel purposes. I door dashed everything. Clean, sheets leave something to be desired but overall okay. Not sure what’s included now (toilet paper? They only had 1 roll. Papertowels wer plentiful, towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful.I do recommend your own bedding if you prefer higher thread count, but linen was all clean and wrapped/labeled). I used some of the extra sheets to throw over sofa because it could use a new set. Low sitting for those with knee issues. Need to add a chair for those who cannot have hips lower than knees. The patio was a dream and I’d rent this unit for the patio alone. I do recommend a table cloth for the outside patio table top. Very rusted, but very comfortable seating at the dining table. The high top bar was also comfortable and strong. 2 two lounge chairs was like being rocked to sleep by your mom! OMG. The sun rises and dolphins watching was great. TV options were great, great Wi-Fi (thanks for including, everyone do not) and the property is always family friendly, elderly friendly. I love the diversity, at home feel (I mean, I’ve been coming to HPS forever, practically raised my family here). The overall property does need work. Beams in the hallways are exposed and you can tell there has been years of patch work. Parking cost has increased about $10 over last few years, but worth it. Cars are very secure and parking has never been an issue. Luggage racks are available to help carry loads to units. Pool is a dream, always. There is a HUGE population of foxes in the sand dunes that everyone walking by is oblivious to. So please be careful, especially at night. They are running rapid. It prevented me from early morning sunrises and sunsets because that is when they are most active. There were no known issues, I’m just afraid of them.

We loved the area and the property was nice. However we would not stay in that condo again. The bathroom was so small and the drains barely drained. The lights worked maybe 1/3 of the time. The toilet was broke. Every time you sat on it, it would slide off. My husband fixed that. There was chewed gum in the bedroom drawers. All the extra bedding and pillows were in the closet, sitting under a vacuum. The rest were thrown in a bundle on the floor in the closet. Coffee pots full of coffee and dishwasher full. Pull out couch was Ike there was no mattress on it. Felt like you were sleeping on a metal rod. Lastly, the door lock to get into the condo was falling apart. I do think the premises were clean and taken care of, unfortunately not our condo.
