Vacation in style under the covered decks swaying in a hammock or soaking in the hot tub. Enjoy the views from the upper decks and catch some sun while the ocean breeze blows by. Located at milepost 5.5, and only 50 yards from the beach access, this house is centrally located so you are a short distance from all that the Outer Banks has to offer. Within walking distance of several great restaurants (Chili Peppers, Two Roads Tavern), entertainment venues, and miles of beach right next door. Spend the day golfing or practicing your short game at one of several mini-golf courses. You are also just a short drive to some of the best shopping on the OBX with several local and national retailers close by.

Optional Linen Package $200 plus tax (Beds Made and 8 Bath Sets) **Beds come equipped with comforters and pillows by default.**

Short but lovely stay

We were so close to the beach access! The dune was VERY steep, so be cautious if loved ones are not as mobile. The house was not very clean and had some belongings left over from another guest. When we contacted the rental company, they were helpful. Be aware that there are no bath mats without the linen package. The hot tub was amazing! The beach was so great. The sunrise was stunning. Thank you for sharing your home.

We loved My Three Gulls! The home was comfortable - the beds incredible, and great location

Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and other attractions. The lounging area under the house was great, especially on hot days. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at this lovely house. Working directly with the owner and with Coast Realty was a pleasure and both were very nice and took care of every possible need and concern. Our only issue was that there was too much "stuff" in the kitchen cabinets that appeared to have accumulated over the years. A lot of excess clutter in the cabinets and drawers, not much room to store food, etc. Other than that, this is a beautiful, well-loved family home!

Great beach getaway

This was a perfect place for us. Everyone had their own room. The TVs every room was a major bonus! And the best were the decks and porch swings. My kids walked to the beach almost every day and I walked along the beach every morning. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing Week at My Three Gulls

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of many trips we’ve taken to OBX. We have always stayed in different areas and this was our first time in Kill Devil Hills. While the area is a bit older, this house was great! It had more kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc than any other rental we’ve ever been too. The decor was perfect and inviting, everything was very comfortable. The hot tub and area to lounge under the house was a favorite spot for our adult children. The porch swing and outer furniture on the main deck were awesome in the morning and evening. And the view from the 2nd level deck was great to watch a glimpse of the sunrise. Highly recommend for a family or group of eight.

Clean and

The home was everything we expected. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans for those who like to cook. We also appreciated the starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap, most of which lasted the week for our family of 5. The home was conveniently located close to the beach. The outdoor shower and foot rinse was nice and there’s plenty of room for storage underneath the house to hang and dry towels. There are also plenty of chairs and boogie boards. You do have to climb up and over a dune to get to the beach which was not a problem for us but something I wouldn’t want to do with very little ones or elderly.
