Large Cottage for Perfect Family Vacation

A fabulous two bedroom Maushop Villa. Just steps for the private Maushop Beach, the fabulous Rw Bar (best lobster rolls on the cape), Popponesset Inn and the fabulous restaurants of Mashpee Commons. This is truly a special one and my personal favorite.

Please note, I have just purchased this property, so there are no reviews yet. I expect them to be awesome once they start coming for 2022.

The location and patio were amazing. The house left something to be desired. We needed the pull out sofa (which the house included in the bed count) but there were no sheets for it. I messaged to ask if there were sheets and got a one word answer 24 hours later: no. There was also no cookie sheet, toiletries, or broom. The house was a little dirty.

Great location! Cute well appointed property!

Really enjoyed our stay. Owner thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen cabinets, in unit laundry. Great bedrooms. Stayed unusually hot week in July could use extra fan in downstairs bedroom but overall the unit cooled with 2 ac’s. Definitely would stay again

Perfect cottage.

A lovely updated cottage that had everything we needed for a weekend get away at the Cape. It was just a short walk to the beach or a few restaurants. Will definitely book here again if our travels bring us back to this area.

This cottage is located in a seaside vacation village. We were there off season when very few people were around. Therefore, both parking and walking around were easy. Be mindful that during this time of year some stores and restaurants are either closed or are open with reduced hours. The village was very quiet and peaceful. We had one question during our stay, which was responded to quickly. Our visit to this village was very pleasant.

Nice, quiet place

We spent the weekend here to explore Cape Cod. Nice property & Scott was helpful when we had questions. April is obviously not prime season, so we enjoyed the quiet. Close to beach & other amenities.

Wonderful little townhouse right on the beach. Scott was a great host. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. My family had a wonderful time staying and will definitely be back.

Family girls trip

The villa is perfect for a small group. The furniture and beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed, tons of towels and closet space. Quiet, cozy, beautiful little village with so many beautiful flowers. Easy walk to the beach with a path or stairs to the water and a walking panther to the Marketplace. Would stay an again and will recommend to others.

Quick getaway

We had an wonderful time! Great location and adorable cottage setup! Short walk to the beach and marketplace. Everything was clean and well laid out. Grateful for the towels and linens being provided. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the host for the comfortable accommodations for our family!

My husband, son and I stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect location to walk to the beach and the marketplace. It was so nice to not have to load the baby in and out of the car every time we wanted to go somewhere. Maushop is the perfect location for a getaway!

Maushop Village

Perfect location to the beach and to the village marketplace. Beautiful shaded patio and garden it was nice to eat breakfast there every morning. Beautiful updated home and furnishings. Attention to detail is impeccable. Clean cozy well stocked amenities. Definitely the place to stay.

Just like home

This is a nicely decorated, comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen. It was wonderful to prepare meals as a group and then eat on the large outdoor table (there's a nice one in the dining room too but we had great weather!).

Cheerful cottage

This cottage is perfectly equipped for a family or friends getaway and is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The unit is in the middle of 3 condos in a quiet, shady corner of Maushop. Everything in it is new and sparkling clean. The queen bed upstairs was extremely comfy; we slept well there and hated to leave!

Beach themed Condo

We loved our stay at this condo on our East Coast stay. The host was helpful in answering questions before I ever booked. It was a while k walk to the beach and the surrounding grounds were just beautiful. We were there during the Hurricane so didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as I would have like too, but weather is hard to predict. I would love to come back during the summer sometime and stay at one of his properties for sure.

Perfect cottage!

We booked this cottage last minute, feeling a need to get away. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we made the right decision. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and a short stroll to the beach! Scott was super responsive to all our needs, including dropping off a brand new grill within minutes. As an owner, he knows just the right things to do to make your stay special, even a bottle of wine to welcome! Scott has numerous properties in Maushop, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in any of them! We will be back!

Awesome Close to the beach Condo

First time staying in this area of the Cape and we loved it. This resort community is very quiet. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had a lot of amenities. The only issue was parking for this particular unit. It has very limited parking. I have a Dodge Ram pickup and it hardly fit in the parking space. If you have a 2nd vehicle, you must park it in another area in the resort. All in all we are very pleased and will be back in the near future.
