The perfect spot

Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. For us a 25 minute walk to the bus terminal and cruise ports. The kitchen has almost everything you need, including a blender! We will be staying here again on our next trip back.

This property was clean, quiet and close to everything, beaches, restaurants, groceries and the airport. Perfect location, less than a ten minute drive to every destination,complimentary washer and dryer on site, and the rooftop pool was very relaxing

Second time staying at this hidden gem. Opted for studio in back of building vs 1 bedroom for our two night stay. Easy breezy communication with management. Close to neighborhood supermarket and 10 minute drive to beaches, attractions, and restaurants.

Great location and value

Thumbs up - very clean, central location, easy walk to Oranjestad strip, easy drive to Baby Beach, Eagle Beach, Arashi Beach, convenient free parking, roof top deck and pool, well equipped kitchenette. Beach chairs and cooler were put to good use!! Washer/dryer for towels. Thumbs down - no lamps on the bedside table and tired pillows. Bed was comfortable but squeeky.

My Aruba Solo Trip

the property was clean and pleasent. the rooftopp was was very small and the wifi didnt reach that far. i have nothing negative to say about my stay. i was very happy with my choice. i didnt have any issues whist i was there. i probably wouldnt stay there again as i didnt want to rent a car and it was a 15-20 min walk to the town.

Sparkling Clean, Beautiful Property!

Loved this studio condo. Gorgeous building. Extremely helpful Asst Mgr Nicole helped me by actually driving me to a local store & back, for some treats for my 2-night stay. She also organized my taxi to the airport. Awesome staff! PROS: Pristinely clean. I felt the cleaners did an incredibly good job of making the studio welcoming. I appreciated the care of the exterior grounds on which the building sits. Kitchen was very well equipped with necessary utensils and even 2 food storage containers, always needed. Very comfortable bed - except whenever you move on it, it sounds like it’s going to break. Rooftop pool + loungers - fantastic! CONS: (1) The door to the stairs (leading to rooftop) is mostly left open (not sure by who). Even when closed, no code is required to open that door. This means that people alone could be prone to danger on the rooftop. (2) No elevator. As someone with severe arthritis, this would have helped. (3) There were no safety bars located on the property, including on the way up the 4x10 stairs (yes - 40 steep steps) to the rooftop. The steps are slippery ceramic tile; it is so dangerous. In fact, l watched one worker holding a very large laundry basket full of liquid cleaning supplies, slip hard, fall down 3 steps, and crash on one knee. It was a very painful fall. In the unit shower area, also no bars, nothing to hold - despite shiny glass & tile everywhere. That said, cons are easily solvable. Would definitely return & DEFINITELY recommend!

The property itself was as advertised and what we were looking for. It is not in the party zone, so it is generally quiet there and parking is a breeze.Minor nit-pics: The pool was smaller than expected, but the rooftop patio is great. There is a dog nearby that barks at night. Not loud, but noticeable.Overall, we enjoyed out stay at this property and recommend that others consider it when visiting Aruba.Thanks!

Aruba vacation

The building was newly updated and conveniently located to the beaches with a car. All of the kitchen amenities were new and included everything we needed. The pool was much smaller than the pictures showed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the beach chairs were extremely uncomfortable and small.

Clean room, good features. My only feedback is that it would be great if there were a comfortable chair (plenty of room for one). I was there for two weeks, and the stools or the bed were my only options for sitting for long periods. :-)

Nice “Home Base"

Property was just what we required for our stay. We are on the go when we are in Aruba, and this apartment was perfect for us. The unit was very clean, the property management company was great and very responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay. For the price on the rental, it was well worth it. We even had a slight issue on our last day, and Nicole from the property management team was very responsive and helpful.

Nice place

It was a good studio to stay in. They provided beach towels and chairs, which was a plus. We were able to park our car rental right outside the building, which was great. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but good enough for the price we paid.

The lock box for the room key would not unlock at check in or check out. There was garbage around the pool deck, pop top tabs in the pool, the refrigerator fan started making loud noise at 5:15 AM and after the 1st day the hot water was almost warm.
