When you arrive you will notice the new tropical landscaping and the sign above the door " Gone Coastal" and you know its time to forget everything and enjoy your vacation. You enter the property via a keyless entry keypad with your own unique passcode. From the moment your walk into the 2019 built home you will notice how open and bright the property is with that coastal feel. The large inviting open concept living room/dining room/ kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy TV or dinner. High Speed wireless internet is available. Large refrigerator and dishwasher with all the amenities you should need for cooking at the house. We also provide waffle iron, blender, air fryer, panini maker, Keurig Coffee Maker , coffee filters , essential spices and sugar .
Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron and dryer ironing board available.

Each bedroom has its own TV .

The Master bedroom has a King bed with a window so lots of natural light , a dresser , bedside cabinet lamp , and TV . You will find the en suite bathroom stocked with all bathroom essentials , shampoo , shower gel , toothbrushes, toothpaste , lotion , towels and hair dryer with a large shower with and extra large closet. Separate toilet . Extra towels in the closet .

The second bedroom has a King bed with a large closet, bedside table with lamp , dresser and TV , with a window.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed plus a bunk bed which is a single size on top and a twin on the bottom and there are 2 roll out extra beds if needed with linen .

The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with access via a private hallway . The bathroom has a tub/shower and sink . Also a toilet and closet . You will also find the bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, shower gel, soap , toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels and hairdryer Extra towels in the closet.

We have games in the cabinet under the TV in the living room , Monopoly for adults and other games for children. Also a Corn hole Board Game which is kept in the garage but feel free to take it outside to play a game and enjoy the beautiful weather

Enjoy coffee in. the morning on the patio or a glass of wine in the evening while cooking on the grill . If it's chilly then light the gas fire and keep nice an toasty.

This Laguna Beach property is less than 2 blocks from the sugar white sands and emerald waters ,a 5 minute walk , or take a stroll around the neighborhood.

Beach towels and a cooler also provided , less items for you to pack or purchase! Also 2 paddle boards with life jackets available for your use for an additional fee $100 per board per stay plus $250 refundable deposit ,providing there is no damage to the boards ,at the end of your stay

Enjoy a walk around the peaceful friendly neighborhood and see the many different styles of homes from the original block beach homes to the 3 or 4 story new beach homes.

The Carousel Grocery Store and World Famous Thomas Doughnuts Store are 1 mile away. Winn Dixie and Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local restaurants from fresh seafood to the Back Street Bar-B-Q on highway 98 to Cuvee 30A at Inlet Beach in the Avenues. They have a great happy hour and if you need reservations do not hesitate to contact me.

From Laguna Beach you are 4 miles from the famous 30A and all the different neighborhoods from Inlet Beach all the way to Dune Allen each one very unique. A great thing to do is too rent a bicycle and ride along 30A such a fun way to spend a day. You are also a 5 min car ride away from Pier Park and all the shopping and dining amenities that also has to offer. The Panama City Beach Airport is a short 20 mins drive away.
All COVID 19 guidelines are followed for cleaning and disinfecting

FYI we do have a camera on the doorbell a the front door and also above the garage facing the driveway so if you do bring more guests than you put in your reservation or on the short term rental agreement where I ask you to list all guests , you will either be asked to leave or depending on how many guests you have in total there will be extra fees charged .

Perfect Place / Perfect Getaway

A great place to stay for a relaxing beach weekend with my fellow teacher friends. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that everything was so clean, and it was so beautifully decorated! Everything seemed nice and new. The kitchen was so nice and it had everything we needed. Even inside the refrigerator was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Best of all it was just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. Looking forward to another stay there.

Great Place!

We enjoyed a great stay! This home is beautiful and a short distance to the beach. We sat in the backyard each night and enjoyed the fire pit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Great experience and I highly recommend!

Best rental we have ever stayed in!

This property is amazing!! It is updated, decorated tastefully and had all of the amenities that you could think of! The owners obviously know what a renter is looking for and we will definitely be rebooking this VRBO again later this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This property is amazing! It has everything you need for a wonderful week with Family! Two king beds make it especially nice for guests! The decor and outdoor couch and fire pit were ver enjoyable! Perfect Beach Getaway

Gayle is wonderful! Her house and amenities do not disappoint. My family and I loved our stay. The short walk to the beach was refreshing. We watched the sun rise and set almost daily. The house has everything you can need, especially for a large family. We cook to save $ on these types of vacations and the kitchen was very functional. We will be back!

Loved our stay!

The location is great. Not too busy where you are but close to everything when something is needed. The house is very accommodating. Layout is perfect. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the back yard. And the golf cart was extremely nice to have when going back and forth to the beach. Owners we’re very good with communication and getting done what needs to be done (if any). A beautiful house in a quiet location. Perfect condition with everything we needed to be comfortable. Great wifi. Cupboards have so many dishes and big assortment of small appliances, plus little extras like plug-in strips, and even beach supplies. We enjoyed the private backyard patio with all the furniture and grill. Gayle stayed in touch and was quick to respond to communication. Check in/out was simple. This house is amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. When they say everything is there they mean it. From beach cart down to the beach towels and all the toiletries in case you forgot something. The house is stunning inside and out and the owner is spot on. If you are on the fence book now. No disappointments.

We loved our stay! The distance was close to the beach, and the wagon to get to the beach was a game changer! Gayle was amazing to communicate with, and she was a great host. Our only minor complaint was the picture of the 3rd bedroom what’s not been updated on the website, so we were expecting a bunk bed, and there was not one. We made it work, but just might be nice to update for future reference. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice & Convenient

This updated, modern, cottage style home was just right for our family. Just steps to the beach, you can walk to the many beach accesses or take a golf cart. There were plenty of beds and with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths it was more than enough room. The kitchen, dining and living room are all an open concept. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms. We really enjoyed the fully fenced back yard and corn hole game. The host had everything you could possibly need from linens to toiletries to beach towels, etc. The west end of Panama City is the best and it’s just up the road from 30A. We could go to Santa Rosa, Seaside or Rosemary in just minutes. Destin isn’t too far either. I highly recommend this property.

Beach house

The property was close to the beach and the beach was beautiful. Clean property and comfortable but not in a scenic neighborhood. It would have been nice to have been informed of the things available for rent that are contained in the garage (i.e. paddle boards, etc). Also was told that the house had everything we needed but only 2 trash bags provided and no laundry detergent. I would have packed it if I would have known that it was so limited. In this regard, the property manager could have communicated better and been more hospitable but was overall responsive. Our experience was good but will likely stay on the beach next time.

What a lovely stay, great house for our family vaca!

Our family really enjoyed the stay at this property this year. Of the past 4 VRBO annual rentals we have chosen, this one was our favorite. It was clean, beautiful and just an easy design for a house with our family needs. The wagon provided was a blessing for our daily beach trips! The cooler rocked too! The backyard was a perfect size and our boys loved running around it. The patio furniture was very comfortable and the fire pit was a family spot just about every night. The homeowners Gayle and her husband both, were very friendly and easy to communicate with. She checked on us and even reached out for an early check-in! Everything was well stocked and all the little in home extras were a very nice touch here. The living room furniture was a great fit for our needs and very comfortable. The amount of pillows dedicated to each bed was also amazing. I can’t say enough about the quality of this home and how much we truly enjoyed it!

Clean and new

This property is exactly as advertised. It is brand new and extremely clean. A very short walk to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants in family-friendly Laguna Beach. The host is very attentive. The decor is top quality and feels stylish yet comfortable and homey. Bathrooms are spacious stocked with any toiletries you might have forgotten at home. The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed. The patio outside is very nice and private. Having a garage was very convenient. The electronics are all new and you can sign into your own streaming services easily. The mattresses in the bunk room are really best suited to children only, very thin. The top bunk wouldn’t hold an adult. Just be prepared for that room to be children only for the best experience. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and would thoroughly recommend it!

We LOVED our stay here at PCB

This was our first time coming to PCB. Before arrival, communication with Gale was awesome. She gave me all the proper details I needed before getting to the house. When we arrived, I was Very very pleased with how clean and neat the house was. There was plenty of room to sit and relax, tons of space to sit and eat meals, the bedrooms and bathrooms were not only beautifully decorated, but all immaculately clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with the all the right things to cook meals… a book was left out with detailed instructions and guides for us. She has a cute golf cart for rent, along with a lot of things you can use to take down to the beach (sand wagon, chairs, floats, paddle boards etc) the wall to th len beach only took 5 mins (trekking young children.) we drove down to the pier 2 nights in a row for dinner… at night we walked down to the beach to watch the sunset and listen to the waves. We had an amazing time and would def save this place to visit back again. Highly recommended! I also thought that it was extremely sweet, after finding out it was my sons 10th birthday, that we arrived to the house with cookies sitting on the counter for him from Gale. It’s the little things like that make Gale different from a lot of hosts. She cares about her property and guests and it shows! Thanks again for allowing us to celebrate my sons bday in your home in PCB!

Beautiful

I typically don’t write detailed reviews but this trip was amazing despite the rainy weather. We were there for a softball tournament and upon arrival the host met us to go over golf cart agreement. We had the opportunity to rent the cart during our stay and it was so awesome to get around in. The house was just as beautiful and clean on the inside as the pictures. The host Gayle was awesome, great communication and all around wonderful. Checkin was a breeze and a 10a check out was perfect. The house came with so many amenities like a beach wagon, chairs, paddle boards, games, bean bag board, beach chairs, mini ice chest, beach towels etc. This was by far the best rental I’ve ever rented. The location is away from the crowd and beach access is super close. Loved our time and would definitely rent again if we ever come back. Thanks Gayle!

I grew up in England and moved to the USA 36 years ago and lived all over the country one of my favorite states bringing Arizona , but my daughter got married in 2018 and she lived here in the Panhandle and my husband and I knew at some point Grandchildren would be in our lives so we decided to make the move here in July on 2018 . September 2018 we were hit by Hurricane Michael and we actually live 45 mins NE of Laguna Beach on 3 acres as I currently have 6 dogs 4 of which are rescue Gt Danes 3 of which are special needs , either blind and deaf or just deaf. Our home was in the eye of Hurricane Michael so at that point we had 5 Gt Danes and evacuated in 2 vehicles to Georgia for 3 nights. We are still in an ongoing battle with our Insurance co AVATAR.
My husband has been in the Construction Industry all his life and owned and electrical and construction co in TX for over 25 years, so when. we moved here to FL I obtained my FL State Building License so we own Buzzelli Construction LLC and offer new construction, remodeling and commercial and our business has been booming .
My passion is rescuing dogs especially special needs Gt Danes and my horse MR Z who is an Eventer , will be arriving here from AZ at the end of March. My other passion is fitness which was involved with professionally for over 25 years. I love to travel and explore what the rest of the world has to offer.
Whilst living here I got involved with helping with the South Walton Turtle Watch here during the nesting season May to September, walking the beach looking for turtle tracks and nests, excavating nests when needed and learning so much about the different species of turtles which next along our shores.
I love the beach life and would love to live here full time but right now with the dogs and horses that's not possible so I can enjoy my time at the beach with GONE COASTAL when ever I can .
There is so much to enjoy here the beach and all that this area has to offer
