The spacious and bright house features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. It is fully equipped to ensure an unforgettable stay. Pré Colas is set in a private garden, with an electric gate and several parking spaces.

The house is designed to accommodate up to 7 people, with 2 double beds, a bunk bed (3 beds), and a crib for a baby.
Inside, you’ll enjoy a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary small kitchen appliances. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Outside: Relaxation assured
On the terrace, you’ll find a barbecue, a parasol, comfortable armchairs, and a garden lounge to enjoy the gentle Breton atmosphere.

For families and children
Pré Colas provides free toys and baby equipment to make your stay with the little ones easier.

For your relaxation, the house is equipped with 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

We provide bed linen and towels, as well as some consumables upon your arrival, so you can make the most of your stay right from the start.

Le Pré Colas benefits from an ideal geographical location, only 2 hours and 20 minutes from Paris by direct TGV, and 15 minutes by car from the Saint-Brieuc TGV station. You will be a 5-minute drive from the church of Binic and a 3-minute drive from the beach of La Banche, also a 12-minute walk away. The town centre of Pordic is a 4-minute drive away, while Petit Havre Beach is a 9-minute drive away. For nature lovers, the GR34 customs path is only 100 m from the house, and the wild beach of Vau Madec is accessible in 1 km on foot. In addition, you will be a 15-minute drive from Saint-Quay-Portrieux and the Rosaires beach. The mini-golf course 700 m away and the markets of Binic (Thursday) and Pordic (Friday) will offer you great opportunities to relax and discover locally. Finally, Paimpol and Pléneuf-Val-André are only 30 minutes away.
