Create amazing family memories year-round with multiple living spaces and a large game room. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day of activities or curl up by the wood-burning fireplace. One dog allowed with extra charge. 

Close to beautiful downtown Wilmington with boutique shops and restaurants. A quiet retreat from the city. Wilmington and Mt. Snow: Mt. Snow is a short drive, about 15 minutes, from the house. In addition to skiing, there is also often live music in and around Mt. Snow. In the summer, there is mountain biking at the mountain. There are many options for hiking in the area, including Molly Stark state park, the Valley Trail (which runs through Wilmington and up to Mt. Snow), and the Haystack Mountain Trail in Chimney Hill. 

There are quite a few restaurants in both Dover and Wilmington.  Some recommendations are Dots, a kid-friendly diner, with great breakfasts in Wilmington center.  Snow Republic, a brewpub located on Route 100. North Star Pizza, a pizza place and bowling alley located on Route 100.

Only ONE dog is allowed per unit. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after the dog, no more than 1 DOG per unit. NO other animals. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.
