## Emplacement
Paris's 9th arrondissement is a pleasant place to visit and live. A shopping and leisure district, it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but its population is more mature and diverse. With high-standard but affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another.
The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
