The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Pléneuf-Val-André offers this 20 m² studio apartment with harbor view, which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with bath).

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
