Quiet Beach Getaway

Enjoy a restful stay at the beach without the crowds. New Smyrna offers all the beauty of east coast Florida beaches while holding onto the small town beach feeling. A short walk across the street leads to easy beach access. Outdoor shower area lets you rinse off before entering your tower of a beach house. Ground floor entry introduces you to the living room with pull out sleeper sofa and a television should you choose to bring your fire stick or other streaming device to take advantage of the homes wifi. Laundry is also available on the ground level in the form of a combination washer and dryer. Dirty clothes go in and clean, dry clothes come out. Head out the door on the south side of the ground level and into the screened in porch featuring seating areas and ceiling fan for those perfect Florida evenings. Up the stairs to the second level is the kitchen and the 1/2 bath. Have a seat at the live edge breakfast bar or head out of the south door and enjoy your meals on the spacious 2nd floor deck. situated directly above the screened in porch. The second floor deck provides open views of the evening sky with plenty of seating. Perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes. Moving up to the third floor we find the full bath with tub/shower combo. The third floor bedroom has bunk beds consisting of a queen on bottom and full on top. There's another full mattress under the queen bed that can be pulled out on floor for additional sleeping. Perfect for the kids. Proceeding to the fourth level we have the master bedroom. A Queen bed and the best ocean views in the house can be had out of the east window or have a seat in one of the chairs under the west facing window for some of the most colorful sunsets around. Home could sleep as many as 8 with couples in queen beds and sofa pullout while singles sleep in the two full size. Lots to do in addition to the beach. Great restaurants everywhere including JB's Fish Camp under a mile down the street. Head north to New Smyrna Dunes park for some hiking or fishing at the Ponce de Leon Inlet or head back to JB's and rent kayaks to go paddling through the lagoon where manatee and dolphins enjoy feeding in the calm waters.
