Our recently renovated villa sleeps up to 16 people and is ideal for 2-3 families or group travel!

Our magnificent modern coastal style villa combines luxury with comfort and is the perfect getaway destination. Situated on a large saltwater canal with gulf access and at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a peaceful location with all the amenities you need for 2 to 3 families, group travel or a family reunion.

This large two-story villa offers more than 3800 sq.ft of air conditioned space and is tastefully decorated with a modern coastal feel. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The main floor contains 3 bedrooms with King beds and walk-in closets. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom containing a walk-in shower and a stand-a-lone tub. A pack n play with bedding and a mattress is also provided for small children.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, a large games room, a bathroom and a washroom with a walk-in shower.

One bedroom has a bunkbed and two pull-out trundle beds, accommodating up to 6 people (children). The other bedroom contains a bunkbed and a pull-out trundle, for sleeping up to 4 people (children).

The games room has arcade games, a foosball table, and a big screen tv, making it a perfect space for kids and teenagers.

The beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room space contains french doors that open onto the lanai and patio by the pool. With two dining tables and four barstools by the kitchen island, there is seating for 16 people. There is also a high chair for small children.

The oversized boat dock overlooking the canal will provide waterfront living at its best. Here you can sunbathe, fish or just relax in the tiki hut and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Six beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, pool toys, beach towels, a cooler, bath towels, board games, kids toys, outdoor Jenga, fishing rods and tackle are all at your disposal. Premium DirecTV and WIFI is also included with your stay.

Great location

this was a great location and in a cul-de-sac. The place had tons of items for other activities to keep us secluded in the age of covid. The place was clean, the pool and deck were great. It was close to the beaches in the area.

Great stay

House was great with many upgraded amenities! We had some issues with the pool but they were addressed and we were taken care of! We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, kayaking, and relaxing at the house! Beds were comfy and the house set up was perfect for us. If we are ever in Cape Coral again, we would stay here again!

Great family trip!

This property is wonderful! We didn't want to leave! The house could use a little TLC, but it was still great! Our stay makes us want to move to Cape Coral! I would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Boating Vacation

The house was spacious, very clean, and every detail was spectacular. We brought our boat and loved being able to dick it right at the house. The pool, hot tub, and arcade games were a huge hit with our 8 kids (ages 6-21). The owners were very sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We definitely hope to vacation at this house again!

Beautiful Canal Setting

Our group of friends consisted of four retired couples looking for a peaceful setting with plenty of space to relax. This home provided everything we were looking for! We especially enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the tiki deck overlooking the beautiful canal.

Cape Coral Trip

We had a group of 11 and the home worked very well for us. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There were a few issues but they were resolved quickly when the property manager and host were informed of them. Thank you for having us.

Family Fun

This home is the perfect place for your entire family. Lots of room for everyone. The garage was full of pool toys and bikes, plus kayaks by the canal. Ride in our boat was a little long to the gulf but was relaxing.

Spacious House!

We juse spent a week at this property. After staying at numerous other properties in Cape Coral, we have decided this will be the one we stay at from now on. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The home is very spacious and plenty of room for a large family. Just to note - the larger beds have very firm mattresses.

Loved this place!

Absolutely loved this house. Layout was nice for adults to have a little peace and quiet. Even though Elsa came through during our trip it didn't put a damper on our stay. Only negatives: some minor, basic maintenance needs done ie. lightbulbs burned out, ceiling fans and vents need cleaned, porch rails are rotted on the bottom on the front porch. All in all it was a great vacation!

Clean and well-stocked

Nice home with 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Saltwater pool and spa was great and very warm. Nice supply of quality towels (bath and pool). Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Very nice propane grill. Property manager was very attentive and helpful.

Really nice place to have fun.

The most of the things were ok. Very clean, big rooms, nice pool, spa and BBQ grill, great kitchen, 12-15 min away to the beach/pier. Nice bikes to have fun around the neighborhood. - Boat need to be rented at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance. - You'll be asked to clean up some stuffs before your check out. - You'll have to pay for electricity after $22 of use.

Everything We Needed

This property provided adequate space and entertainment. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, ping pong and pool table. The kids loved being able to separate from the adults. The property could use some updating for sure. The traffic in the area made for some extra long day trips. Overall, it was a great vacation.

Great house and location

We had a great time and the property is beautiful. Well maintained and clean. We had to contact property manager for a pool incident and the pool maintenance person was at house within 20 minutes on a Sunday. Problem fixed and everyone back in the pool enjoying vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay except for a few issues that I brought to the owner's attention. The owner was quick to respond and very fair. I am sure once the issues are addressed it will be a great vacation home. It is comfortable and the seating will accommodate a large group. Overall, it was very relaxing

Great Vacation

This property was very clean and very modern. We had everything we needed to have a great vacation with the pool for the days we didn’t go to the beach and all the accessories for the beach. The only negative thing I have to say is the beach was far from the house. Luckily we had a truck to pack everything to the beach. There are all the comforts of home in addition to a game room for the kids.

Beautiful Home

What a beautiful home! All the amenities included. I really love the game area for the kids upstairs, boys room on one side and girls room on the other side. The set up really gave the kids their own area. Pool was great and the pool side lanai was great with the pass though window from the Kitchen to the lanai. We really loved the location also, very close to shops and restaurants. House manager was great and very accommodating and meet all of needs. Thanks Michele for a great vacation. We really enjoyed the house.

The property was just as described! Everything was there and very well taken care of.

This is a really nice place with lots of room. Everything was as described in the listing and the owners were wonderful to work with. The property management group was very responsive to any and all requests. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived till when we departed! The house and grounds were in fantastic condition. This property sits on a wider than normal canal so it really makes for a great setting. You won’t be disappointed with this rental. I know we enjoyed it!! Beautiful House and Location

We really enjoyed the size and layout of the home. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for our party of ten. The bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was updated nicely. The pool area was a real treat for everyone. This house was built child and teenager friendly, from the wifi to the toys and recreation room upstairs. The bikes, beach toys, and beach stuff were a welcome addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the property manager, Doritt was friendly and professional. We would recommend this house to anyone!

Girls Trip

First impression was "Wow". pulling up in the driveway I already knew it was going to be amazing. The decor inside immediately made you feel at home. The host was so accommodating, there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us and the radio was playing inside. Very welcoming. We as a group already decided to rent again if available. It met all of our needs and then some. We were so grateful. thank you

Perfect vacation home for the whole family

House was very spacious and very comfortable. We had ten guests and it never felt crowded. Weather was very good and it allowed us to enjoy the patio, pool, and hot tub. House is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but also easy to go out and explore Pine Island, Matlacha, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. Only two small issues that we had to deal with during the week: 1) each time we used the hot tub, we had to reset the error code from the heating unit, and 2) the A/C unit for upstairs tripped the breaker three times during stay. Once we figured out how to handle these issues, everything was great.

February family break

This rental property was everything our family needed. There was plenty of personal space for our family of 9. The second level was ideal for our teenagers allowing the adults there own privacy. The location was perfect and everything was readily available. All activity equipment was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs, the linens all available. The house was very clean upon entering. Minor critiques for my elderly parents and would appreciate: a pool railing. We had a great time and would absolutely book again! Loved this property!

Holiday Stay

Overall this property & our stay was great! Pros:-Large house with multiple bedrooms & sleeping areas-Large main area (kitchen/dining/living rooms) to allow everyone the ability to eat/play board games at the same time-Plenty of activities to keep the 4 adolescents entertained for a full week between the pool, hot tub, kayak, fuseball, arcades-Kitchen contained some basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, flour, cooking oil, spices, etc (my guess is the owner/manager can't guaurantee what's there, but might be worth taking a look before you do your shopping)Cons:-While the neighborhood was excellent, the location was a bit out of the way from places we chose to go. Felt like it was 20-40 minutes to any place we needed to go. Wasn't a huge deal but good to know ahead of time. -House had some wear & tear - but nothing above what I'd expect from a rental. If you're looking for a top shelf, luxury stay, this probably isn't it. If you're looking for a high-value, great place to stay for a large group (especially with kids) - this is it.Everyone in our group of 11 thought it was nice and would stay again. The manager was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

family friendly

This lovely property is tucked into the residential area of Cape Coral on a canal. The grounds ate full of plants and flowers which make a lovely back drop to the salt water pool and alfresco dining. The kitchen has a pass through window that makes dining and clean up easy. The pool was a great addition. Make sure to leave the water fall running even at night to help with circulation and keep the pool clean for your stay. Make sure to call the property manager as soon as an issue arises as he is most helpful and can get things fixed up quickly. We encountered a few issues because of the previous renters but were able to find solutions.
