This magnificent 150 m² house with a 200 m² garden, including a 30 m² furnished terrace, is perfect for enjoying the summer sun with a plancha. This home offers a pleasant stay, conveniently located near all the attractions that Biarritz has to offer.

A house full of charm and authenticity, situated in the renowned Saint-Charles district. It stands out for its elegant and carefully curated decor, as well as a bright and functional layout, complemented by high-quality amenities, ensuring optimal comfort for your stay in Biarritz. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home, and it opens onto a bright living room, where you can relax while listening to music on the record player.

You will be just a 10-minute walk from the famous Biarritz beach and 3 minutes from local shops (Petit Casino, bakery, butcher, etc.).

The Bedrooms:
Four comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space, all located upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: Includes a private bathroom and a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 2: Equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: Also features a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 4: Located upstairs, with a double bed (140 cm).

Services:
The rental price includes household linens, including bedding and bath towels, as well as a cleaning service, ensuring that the beds are perfectly prepared upon your arrival. However, please note that cleaning the barbecue and washing and storing the dishes are not included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

We are available throughout your stay to provide recommendations or assist you with bookings. Whether you're looking to rent a surfboard, take surf or skate lessons, or go on local excursions, we work with the best service providers in the region. If you have specific requests, such as hiring a private chef, we are also happy to assist.

Security Deposit:
A €3,000 security deposit will be required for the rental. This is processed via a secure payment link managed by Swikly. The deposit is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property. The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your credit card’s spending limit. Within 7 days after your departure, provided that the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, the operation is automatically canceled.

Check-in is usually between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Late arrivals or early departures may be possible upon request, though an additional fee may apply.
