Enjoy your next vacation in this beautiful 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home located in the amenity-rich Bear Trap Dunes community. Bear Trap Dunes comes with 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds. Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop and AMENITY PASSES can be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK(subject to change)

This beautiful home is new to the rental market. There is plenty of space for your whole group with 5 bedrooms spread throughout this home away from home with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second. You will find the Master Bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and the attached Master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom with a queen bed is on the first floor as well, and it comes with a private bathroom. A short hallway leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa and TV for movie night. The kitchen is well-stocked and has what you need to create an excellent home-cooked meal. The dining area sits off of the kitchen, with additional seating at the large kitchen island.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a ceiling fan and the final bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

For additional space to unwind, you can spend time in the screened-in deck off of the dining area or the paver patio in the back. You also get a fenced-in backyard for a less worried outdoor experience. Consider booking this property for an excellent vacation or a golf getaway.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
