The Space:

Relax on the soft, leather lounge surrounded by floor to ceiling windows while you watch the latest movies on the Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained. Spend your afternoon in the hanging chair by the window while you curl up with a good book and get lost in your own world or if work is on the cards, make use of the office space with a sit/stand desk giving you multiple vantage points to enjoy the bay views.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the gourmet, galley style kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops and all the utensils, cookware and dinnerware you could need to create a culinary masterpiece to share with the group.
Start each morning right with a fresh pot of coffee that you can enjoy out on the deck or sitting up at the dining table. For the best of both worlds, slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space and expand the dining area outside with alfresco dining for up to 8 guests with a lush bamboo hedge giving you all the privacy you need.

There are three generous bedrooms within the home with each offering luxurious beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen as well as plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master bedroom offers a large king bed for the head of the house while bedrooms two and three are filled with comfortable queen beds and wall to wall panoramic windows. There is an air mattress that can also be used in the living space to create an additional sleeping space for two.
The two sparkling bathrooms are located in the hall with both featuring beautiful heritage tiling and classic mid-century modern style. Both come stocked with quality amenities including shampoo, conditioner and aromatic body wash along with soft fluffy towels for each guest. Turn on the outdoor lighting and enjoy sitting on the outdoor lounge while you watch the vivid sun setting over the bay and the city below come to life in a blanket of lights – the perfect way to end each day in paradise.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in leafy Mission Hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown and is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. Whether you’re spending a few days indulging in the city’s myriad of beaches and surf spots, visiting the aquatic attractions SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, San Diego will not disappoint.

Perhaps the best place to start is in Balboa Park, 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos list and definitely worth a visit.

Find fun activities on the water at Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from sailboat rentals to bike paths. Nearby, visit one of the region’s top attractions, SeaWorld San Diego or for a surf or kayak lesson, head to La Jolla, where water adventures are endless.

Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking for up to 2 cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.

Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.
