Quite ad relaxing with amazing views

Ryan was responsive and easy to deal with. Check in was quick and easy despite the cleaning crew was running behind and our room was not ready at 4pm. We loved the view and will staying again in the future. Place was very quite that made our time there very relaxing.

Family Trip

The condo is great! It is a little dated, but comfortable. The beds are firm and hurt after a few nights and the condo could stand a really good deep-cleaning. Overall, we had a great time and the views are incredible!

Best View Available in North Myrtle

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Couldn’t have picked a better condo at a better location. Close to all the necessities and super kid friendly for my nephews. Will definitely be staying again next year.

It was a terrific week with the best condo. Everything we needed at our fingertips. The condo is well maintained and our favorite yet. Great stay with beautiful view.

Check-in procedure was a little bumpy but the owner straightened everything out quickly. Very clean wonderful location some of the fixtures are dated but going to be updated soon. The lobby of the building is being remodeled and looks beautiful, beach access was easy, lots of new amenities being added to the location. Overall very pleasant stay.

Murtle Beach Getaway

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here, and this time was every bit as good as the last time. Never disappointed. My husband, teen daughter, and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! Very pleased that we chose this place for our vacation 😀. Dr. Meredith was quick to respond to messages and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We hope to be able to schedule here again next summer.

Beautiful Condo

Ryan, the owner was very nice to work with and although we experienced a few problems during our stay, he was great about discounting the days that we were inconvenienced. It is a beautiful condo with stunning views!! One of our favorite condos that we have rented in North Myrtle Beach, and we have stayed in numerous places over the years. We are definitely planning a return visit.

Wonderful!!

Great location, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, outstanding building security and maintenance. The beachfront is very nice for taking long walks, and workout facilities in the building are among the best we’ve had at any lodging. Ryan our host was extremely responsive and was able to get one plumbing issue taken care of very quickly. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Awesome unit

Our family has been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for over 40 years, staying in a variety of places, and all of us agree this is the best unit we've EVER stayed. The penthouse view is incredible with each balcony providing its own unique view of the Atlantic Ocean and Grand Strand area. The unit is well maintained, modern and very secure. The facilities are awesome and so are all the people that work and live there year round. We will definitely be coming back!

I love this Condo

Well my vacation just fell at the wrong time during Hurricane Florence. That being said Dr Ryan could not have been more helpful helping me find a place to evacuate. We stayed in contact throughout the event and I'm so appreciative of their concern and help. I have stayed here before and love it. Beautiful furnishes, beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the views from the balcony are beautiful. If you haven't stayed in this building before it is wonderful. Take the elevator to the ground floor and at the end of the hall is an Olympic size pool and the beach is right there. They have a Tiki Bar, folks are very friendly and it's very safe there. The condo is a must book. You will be very happy that you did. I plan on coming back next year.

The condo is nice and has great views. Ice maker on refrigerator does not work. Contact did not offer to repair it. Two chairs on balcony had ripped seats which could break and possibly injure someone. Contact did not offer to repair or replace. Locker that held beach goodies included the top of an umbrella. Bottom of umbrella was in top locker. We did not have a key to the top locker and contact did not provide a way to access the top locker to reach the umbrella bottom.

Fantastic Vacation 2016

I've recently returned from my Vacation at Maisons - de - Sur and had a wonderful time. The unit was just great. It was very spacious, plenty of storage and views abound. Every room had a view and a sliding door to go to a balcony. The seating outside was comfortable to sit and watch and listen to the ocean or on the other side to view the island lit up at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room very comfortable though we did spend so much time just watching the views outside. I had stayed further North in the past and enjoyed this location much more. It was more convenient to get to Murrell's Inlet where there are wonderful Seafood restaurants. I recommend the Wicked Tuna, had great meals there. The staff at Maisons was very friendly and helpful and you felt very safe there. The pool was great and the Tiki Bar had music playing during the day as you laid out at the pool. The beach and ocean was right next to the pool so very little walking if you needed to bring chairs or umbrellas. I would recommend the Shelling trip in Georgetown with Captain Rod, we went twice in our 2 weeks there. He shares so much history as he takes you to a private beach to collect shells. He also stops to show you Eagles nests, alligators, plantations and explains all the history going back to the 1800's. We also really enjoyed the TCO show at the Palace Theater. It was worth the money. I highly recommend staying here, Dr Ryan responded very quickly to any questions and it was very easy to rent and just go and have a GREAT time. I will be back. I've found my place.

Perfect location!!

The Penthouse suite itself, is beautiful!! Very comfortable, and has everything a family could need to have a nice, comfy stay. It is in a very safe, and secure building. No riff raff can just come walking in nor around the property. The pool is wonderful, outdoor pool that is. The beach is reserved for only people staying at the building, which is also nice, so no large crowds all around like other beach areas. I will recommend, getting your own beach umbrella and chairs, renting an umbrella can be pricey, and the chairs supplied are older, heavy duty chairs. I bought an umbrella, and 2 chairs for $60 from Walmart which is only about a mile and a half away. This is also a VERY nice thing about this property, everything is minutes away. North Myrtle is only about 20 minutes away if you like that area, and Myrtle with the boardwalk is only about 25/30 minutes away. We adventured to both, but Myrtle is a lot different than I remembered from when I was a kid. It was still nice to walk along the boardwalk though. Also, don’t waste your money on fireworks, people do them for you every night, so save your money and just watch them from the nice, beautiful view you’ll have being on the 24th floor, they explode right in front of you. This place you can’t go wrong with, Ryan the owner is great, he responds to any questions or problems quickly. The building itself I will say though, is a little outdated. The game room is not much at all, except a ping pong table, an old air hockey table, and an old foos ball table. The keys needed to get in and out of the building, and to and from the beach, are truly a nightmare. Once you get the hang of them, it does get better. So book a stay with Ryan in the Penthouse suite, you won’t regret it!!

This is basically a country club atmosphere which allows a family to enjoy the beach and never even leave the property. If you are so inclined you may in a very short distance find all kinds of different activities to do. No better building at the beach, it is older but impeccably kept by private owners the vast majority whom do not rent there units as they live there full time.
