This fully equipped one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It's perfect for a stay with friends, a couple, or a family.

Access is via a medieval staircase, typical of a dungeon, which will immerse you in the unique atmosphere of this historic place.

A spacious, well-appointed entrance welcomes you, and exposed beams add color to the atmosphere.

Next, you'll find:

- A bright and cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a direct view of Place Plumereau. A desk area with Wi-Fi is available for work. Books and a large television for relaxing moments await you, as well as an extendable table for cozy dinners.

- A wood-paneled and floral bedroom with a comfortable double bed overlooking a back street. Two dressers and hooks provide ample storage.

- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)

- A bathroom equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer.
The toilet is separate.

You'll fall in love with this newly renovated apartment, retaining its historic character and exposed beams.

Please note:
Located in the heart of Tours, the neighborhood is very lively, especially in the evening. Therefore, there may be some noise pollution from the festive atmosphere of Place Plumereau.

For your comfort, all cleaning fees are included, and bed and bath linens are provided.

Check-in and check-out are independent; keys must be collected and returned to a collection point a stone's throw from the apartment.

Underground parking is available near the apartment.

Place Plumereau, located at the foot of the apartment, is a must-see: ranked among the most beautiful squares in France, it is popular with locals and travelers alike for its warm atmosphere, restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Just a short walk away, you'll also find museums, art galleries, Saint-Gatien Cathedral, and the banks of the Loire, perfect for a sunset stroll. The neighborhood is lively year-round, with a particularly dynamic atmosphere in the evenings, especially on sunny days.

All amenities are within easy reach, and the Halles de Tours market is less than a 5-minute walk away. There, you'll discover local specialties, and a market is also held twice a week.

Thanks to its location, you can do everything on foot. It's less than a 20-minute walk to Tours train station.
