It can accommodate up to 4 people, it combines functionality, comfort and ideal location, a few minutes from the beaches and cycle paths.

On the ground floor, the house has a bright living room with open kitchen, fitted out and fully equipped for your meals on site. You will also find a bathroom with toilet, perfectly adapted to life with several.

Upstairs, you have access to two comfortable rooms: one with a double bed (140x200), the other with a bunk bed. Each room is equipped with storage, allowing you to settle easily for the entire duration of the stay.

The accommodation is accompanied by two private terraces: a terrace to the north to enjoy the freshness, and a covered terrace to the south, ideal for outdoor meals or a safe reading time. Free parking is available just in front of the house, convenient and accessible at any time.

All amenities are within walking distance or in a few minutes by bike: bakery, convenience store, market, restaurants, bicycle rental companies...
On the leisure side, there are many opportunities: swimming on the beaches of Boyardville, La Brée or Chaucre, walks in the state forest, boat trips to Fort Boyard, discovery of the port of La Côtinière or visit the lighthouse of Chassiron.
Nature lovers will enjoy salt marshes, cycle paths and coastal trails, while families will enjoy the many activities for children and typical markets on the island.
