ROSE Conciergerie is happy to present this two-level apartment, ideally located in a central and tranquil area of Angers.
This cozy 33 m² apartment offers an intimate setting for a stay with your partner, family, or friends. Its prime location allows you to enjoy a calm atmosphere while being close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and city attractions.
An extensive parking lot (payable during the day) is located on Place Imbach, just a short walk away.
The apartment is designed on two levels, with a mezzanine living area that overlooks the rest of the space. This inviting room includes a double bed as well as a sofa that can convert into another double bed for optimal comfort. The modern, carefully chosen décor creates a soothing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
The kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level, in a souplex. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing your meals: kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and various utensils. The bathroom features a small shower and a sink. The toilet is located within the shower room.
The apartment does not have a TV or wifi, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy a peaceful stay. Outside, you can enjoy a calm and pleasant environment for complete relaxation.
The area, both tranquil and central, offers immediate proximity to public transport (bus and tram) and green spaces, making it easy to get around and enjoy the charm of Angers.
LATE ARRIVAL: For any arrivals after 8 p.m., we offer the "late arrival" package, for an additional fee, to be arranged with your concierge prior to your arrival.
