Luxury, custom built home located at the base of the Teton Mountain range.

This 1,200 sq. ft. home was custom-built in 2019 by an acclaimed local craftsman Mike Invie for his family, and is located conveniently halfway between Victor and Driggs, Idaho—"Drictor" as we locals call it. At the base of the Tetons on 6 acres of quiet, residential land, this simple but unique home offers all the comforts: an open concept kitchen/living area, gas fireplace, in-floor heat throughout the home, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, washer, dryer, outdoor grill, and a full bath with custom tumbled stone tiling. (The owner lives in the attached garage apartment with his black lab, Gus.

Wonderful base to explore the Tetons

We loved our stay at this lovely home and looked forward to getting back from our busy days exploring the Grand Tetons park and surrounding areas and relaxing here. Although the drive was about an hour to the national park, we felt it was worth that drive to base ourselves here.

Little Paradise

What a perfect choice for me and my husband! Tucked away on the west side of the Tetons, this home was the perfect place to relax after some very busy days exploring Jackson and the Tetons. The kitchen was my dream kitchen! The beds super comfortable. Loved the homemade furniture and pottery made by the owner! I have nothing but praise for this amazing little home. Would definitely pick this location again!!!

Amazing!

I could write a book on our stay, but simply put it was an amazing time! Couldn’t have picked a better home to stay in..it had everything we needed and more. We traveled to Yellowstone NP & Grand Teton NP and enjoyed the drive. Lots of close little restaurants to choose from in Victor & Driggs as well. You won’t go wrong choosing this beautiful home.

Amazing time in the Tetons

Peg and Mike have a wonderful place, away from all the tourists, with a very enjoyable drive to the National Park. The home was wonderful, just as advertised, well stocked, and had a welcoming environment, down to the fresh cut flowers throughout the home. Grateful for the experience, would definitely stay there on a future visit.

Excellent for family vacation

We spent a week exploring the National parks and local activities in the area, and retreating away from the daytime hustle and bustle was a priority. The house was perfectly appointed and located just far enough away where our evenings returning from full days in the parks, were completely relaxing and peaceful. It felt just like home for our family and we really appreciated the clear communication and attention to every detail from our hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Quiet and serene Victor home

Scout and Mike have a beautiful home that was just perfect for my wife and I on our visit to the Tetons. A beautiful setting and everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable stay. Scout was very responsive with any questions and offered great suggestions. Got to briefly meet Mike and enjoyed the conversation and especially enjoyed playing with Gus, their Black Lab. Loved our visit and highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

This listing is exactly as described but the pictures don't do the property justice. It's even better than description due to the artistic nature of the house and structure. The owners have clearly taken pride in the home. The handmade counter in the kitchen is just gorgeous! Mike was a great host and even had the driveway scraped after the big snow. Property doesn't disappoint.

Amazing Home with the Most Beautiful View

Immaculate home, brand new appliances, comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, very attentive host. One of the best represented places I have stayed. Owner lives on site but hardly notice there is another person within miles. Mike is very friendly but respects privacy. Loved my visits by black lab Gus but if you don't play, he just goes home and you will never know he is there. Beautiful view of the mountains and valley. Easy access to Teton Pass - 35 minutes to Jackson Hole and Grand Tetons.

Beautiful Rural Getaway

Wonderful experience! This property is new, clean and very comfortable and private. The owners had everything set up for our arrival. There were fresh flowers, a nice welcome note, some granola bars and a little locally made soap. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tools you could need. High end appliances. The radiant in floor heating and gas stove kept us warm and cozy. We would love to return in a different season to experience it again.

Perfection

My husband and I loved this house tucked away on 6 quiet and secluded acres. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. We arrived to 29 degree temps and enjoyed the ambiance of the gas fireplace while we watched the snow fall. The mountain views were beautiful from all the windows and porches. The beds are comfortable and the house spotless. Communication with Mike and Scout was prompt and helpful. We would love to come back again for another stay.

Luxury Accomodations in Victor, Idaho

We are a retired couple who had the great pleasure of staying in this high end, luxury accommodation in Victor, Idaho. This home was built by the owners and is custom and unique. There is original artwork, hand built furniture, pottery, and a western decor along with beautiful plants and large open windows. The home is private with views of mountains and meadows. At night we can hear the nearby stream flow. Needless to say, we found our stay magical and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful and are there if you need them but are respectful of privacy. As a cook, the kitchen had everything you could need, including a 6-burner Wolf Stove and a large Subzero Fridge. The well water is clear and delicious. The shower hot and strong. There are lovely walks right outside the door. We would give this beautiful property more than 5 stars if we could. We HIGHLY recommend this property!!!! If you're lucky, you might get to meet the friendly cats Hyde and Zoom, and maybe get to toss a ball for the sweet black Lab Gus. The owners are sometimes in an attached apt, but this we found not intrusive at all. They are wonderful people who we loved meeting. We hope to be back soon:)

Beautiful "Hyde Out"

This is a beautiful peaceful property in the super chill Teton Valley. My husband and I wanted to explore the Tetons and surrounding forest but stay away from the bustle of Jackson. This house is perfectly located for exactly that and we truly enjoyed our stay which was relaxing and restorative.

Very cute and quite place

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our elopement/honeymoon. Peg and Mike were great hosts and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They were even kind enough to let our family come over for our “rehearsal”. This home was the perfect location, it was quiet yet still not too far from the National parks!

Originally from Minnesota, Mike and his family have lived in the Tetons for over 35 years, building artisan homes on both sides of the mountain range for over three decades. Mike lives in the attached apartment with his friendly dog named Gus. Mike is a local architect/ contractor, potter, and furniture builder. His daughter Scout, who helps him organize Vrbo bookings, is an artist and currently lives in Salt Lake City, but comes up to the Tetons any chance she can get. We hope you will have a lovely stay in our cozy one-of-a kind home.

We are centrally located. 6 Miles to Victor, Idaho, and 6 miles to Driggs, Idaho. The home is a 30-minute drive to the Grand Targhee ski area and a 40-minute drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Don't forget Yellowstone—it's a hop, skip, and a jump away (2 hours). There are just as many fun, outdoor activities to do on this side of the Tetons without all the craziness of Jackson Hole. Awesome restaurants in both Victor and Driggs (our favorite is Teton Thai!), and plenty of hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing.

This home is located off a quiet, dead-end road. Enjoy the peaceful sound of Fox Creek with beautiful country road walks right from the front door. Enjoy spectacular views, and gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies of both the Tetons and the Big Hole Mountain ranges.
We are outside of both towns, which means stargazing from the back patio is incredible. Abundant wildlife—moose, deer, elk, and fox—frequent the property.
Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and skiing trails are close by. If you want peace and quiet but don't mind a short drive to the small towns of Victor and Driggs, or the nearby Jackson Hole, this is the place for you.
