Hickory Point features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by an open living area that showcases stunning mountain views through large windows. This cabin is perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a memorable mountain getaway. Enjoy the seclusion of nature while still being close to local attractions!

☆☆ MAIN LEVEL ☆☆
The main level boasts two bedrooms, a living room complete with a log fireplace, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Step out onto the spacious deck—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. Don’t miss the hot tub on the deck, where you can unwind with breathtaking mountain views.

☆☆ SECOND LEVEL ☆☆
Venture up to the cozy loft, which serves as the third bedroom and features a full bathroom. Here, you’ll find a full-size bed, a large couch, and fun arcade and board games for family-friendly entertainment.

☆☆ PETS ☆☆
Bring your furry friends along! Up to two dogs under 30 pounds are welcome with prior approval. A one-time pet fee of $125 covers both dogs. This fee will be sent separately after booking confirmation.

A few important things to keep in mind:

- Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license

- A $350 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

-Minimum of 25 years or Older to Book and must stay the full time at the property.

- Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)

- Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.

-If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.

- All linens are provided for your stay.

-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.
