Take a moment to enjoy the quiet side of Siesta Key. This home on a quiet peaceful street offers a rare and serene location along with 3 large bedrooms and open plan living and dining. It is overlooking the Grande Canal with a new dock. Cook in the gorgeous kitchen while looking out over the mangrove lined canal. You can take a walk through the neighborhood , spend time on the patio or in the pool and take in the calm beauty that this home offers. All of this lies a short distance from the beach, Siesta Village, Sarasota and surrounding areas.
The home offers vaulted ceilings, brand new stainless steel appliances, large walk in closet in master bedroom, a wonderful fenced in back yard with the Grand Canal waterway.
This home is monthly in season and two weeks minimum off season. The balance of the month will have to be closed to bookings. You can bike ride to the Siesta Villa in a few minutes to enjoy all the wonderful eateries and cafes.
