We invite you to relax in your very own private pool and hot tub, cook up a gourmet creation in the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen where you will have everything you need to make our house your home. Our open floor plan offers incredible views of the landscape and breathtaking mountain views from almost everywhere. Our home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master suite has beautiful 180-degree views of the mountain range and greens. The junior suite is quite spacious and connects to the third bedroom via a Jack and Jill bathroom on the opposite end of the home. Experience the silky soft water throughout the home from the newly installed water softener system.

Our resort experience offers 27 holes of amazing golf (special golf packages are available just contact the pro-shop), driving range, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, full-service Spa, and a newly designed fitness center. All guests have access to these amenities including the Clubhouse grill, bar, lounge, and dining room. Enjoy your own private salt water pool/hot tub or perhaps experience many of the 33 other complimentary pools located throughout the resort. Available activities include golf and tennis lessons (group clinics) with on-site pros, themed culinary experiences nightly in the dining room and much more.

Enjoy drinks by the pool, stargaze soaking in the hot tub, venture out on a bike ride enjoying the sites and sun, or take relaxing walks around the ¾ mile walking path located just off the back yard. The backyard does not have a fence, this is to optimize the infinite views of the beautiful Desert Princess resort and the surrounding mountains. Please monitor children at all times, and keep dogs on a leash at all times. We allow small dogs only (25 pounds or less). They must be house broken, on a leash at all times when not in the home and crated when left alone at the residence. Please clean up after your pet immediately.

Cathedral City has a strict noise ordinance in place for all vacation rentals stating that there is no outdoor amplified music allowed at any time and quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. They are very strict with the enforcement of this ordinance and we ask that all guests agree to obey these rules prior to booking We want to ensure guests have an enjoyable vacation but that our neighbors privacy and enjoyment of their property is also respected.
