Top of the world view spanning San Francisco high rises, Bay Bridge, San Mateo bridge, mount Diablo and more. In the heart of the Bay Area with easy access to San Francisco, SFO, Silicon Valley & Sonoma wine county. Top of the line USA made beds and beddings, gorgeous marble bathrooms, large open kitchen and large living room will give you the ultimate comfort. The house is equipped with the fastest 1 gig fiber optic internet, i.e. highest possible in the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a very large open space living room and kitchen. Gorgeous top the line hardwood floor. The backyard and large deck with bay view can be accessible via going to the side yard. The back yard deck is also very large (at least 25 feet X 25 feet).
Guests have access to the entire 3 bed 2 bath main house and the backyard and the large deck.
The lower level of the building has a separate 1 bed 1 bath apartment with separate entrance, and completely separate utilities and heating and cooling and laundry. Guests do not have access to this apartment unit, and should not attempt to enter this unit from its main entrance, or its backyard entrance. Guests should not enter the the small deck that belongs to the apartment either. Thank you for noting these restrictions.
