Saving the best for last, the sprawling backyard is a DREAM and you will feel instantly transported to your favorite resort! When you first come outside, you'll enter the covered dining and living area.
- The outdoor dining table is 10ft in length and can seat 12 people.
- The living area has a 3-seat sofa and four single chairs.

Your attention will instantly be drawn to the huge, sparkling swimming pool (heated & salt water) with a swim up bar (!!), rock feature water slide & jumping ledge, and a hot tub that can easily fit 10 people!

- Adjacent to the pool is a sunken BBQ area with a grill & mini fridge

On either side of the pool are two lawn areas (artificial turf). The smaller area is a 3-hole putting green and the large lawn is spacious enough for any activity such as group yoga or for kids to run around. The large lawn also has a bocce ball court and a sitting area with 5 outdoor bean bag chairs and a wood-burning, smokeless fire pit. There are also citrus trees (grapefruit, lemon, lime) that you're welcome to enjoy when they're in-season!
