Exclusive access to 3000 sq ft in a private home. Sleeps up to 7. Located just off Pacific Coast Highway at the border of Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. New custom home features 1 Master Bedroom Suite and a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (1 King, 3 Queen) plus 2 pack and play portable cribs. The 3 bathrooms are served by a tankless water heater, and there is a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We also provide 200mbps (down) mesh wifi, and a 40amp EV charger (utility charges paid by guest). A monitored security system is also installed and can be turned on or off at your option.

One of the best surfing beaches in the world is nearby. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away.

The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill with rotisserie. There's a fire pit on the front patio and another patio in the back for dining, next to a gorgeous designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.

OPTIONS
1) Use of the pool/spa requires payment of an additional fee of $99/night for the full duration of your stay (total number of nights in the booking). These fees will be charged upon departure. We price this way in order to make our home more affordable for guests not needing a pool. Note that we do not offer the option to choose just a few days.

2) We prefer that you not bring pets, but we will accommodate up to 2 small dogs (less than 25lbs each) for an additional fee. They must be kept in a pen when left alone. One round foldable pet pen (36" x 36" x 24") is available on-site. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DOGS IN YOUR INITIAL BOOKING REQUEST. THE FEES WILL BE SHOWN IN THE PRICE QUOTE.

All rates are non-negotiable. A digitally signed rental agreement and $1,500 credit card hold are required for all reservations. Insurance fee covers up to $1,500 in unintentional damages.

Also please note that the quiet period for this property begins at 7pm and no outdoor activity is allowed after 10pm. Parties, commercial activities, or other similar use of the property are prohibited.

Beautiful
Three of us stayed while attending a conference near by. The cost of house was cheaper than three rooms at a hotel. The house is beautiful, the space is welcoming and the hosts were very responsive! We enjoyed relaxing and drinking wine while listening to records and also were able to set up our workstations to get work done.

Since we're away a lot we decided to share it with others so they can experience the unique pleasure of living in one of the finest beach resort communities in Southern California. You'll have access to 1 king, 3 queens, and 2 cribs. 3 bathrooms are served by a 9.5 gallon-per-minute tankless water heater--eliminating cold showers. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away. One of the best surfing beaches in the world is less than a mile away.

The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob plus a portable one for use on the dining table, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill. There are also fire rings at the nearby beach, but we also have a fire pit on the front patio. There's another patio in the back for dining, next to a designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.

There is one 40" flat screen TV, located in the Great Room together with a Karaoke amp. This is the only TV in this listing. We have a 40 amp EV charger in the garage--accessible via EVMATCH dot com. A monitored security system is also installed and can be turned on or off at your option.
