Beachy townhouse newly renovated, next to Ed Austin state park, Fort Caroline national memorial, close to the naval base, and minutes to Jax beach. the proximity to supermarkets, shopping mall and entertainment centers will make your stay a breeze. In town for business, no problem this location is 15 min to downtown, 15 min to the beach where you can enjoy delicious food of the nightlife, 1 hour to St. Augustine Historic city and 45 min to Amelia Islands. The bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor for relaxing while the rest of the family enjoys the downstairs area, featuring newly renovated and stoked up kitchen for the chef of the family, 70" tv for your downtime or watching your favorite team while sitting on the most comfortable couch, foosball table for the kids.

Very Close to the Beach

The place was cute and conveniently located near many shops and stores and only 10 minutes from Hannah Park. Owners were responsive to questions and very helpful.

Delightful and Warm

Loved staying at this location. The house is very close to my daughter's home, and it was very convenient. Plus another added feature is the location to the Park, which we utilized for a walk. The house itself was very welcoming and warm. I felt very relaxed at this location. Decor and colors were great as well as very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Townhouse

The townhouse was well equipped with what we needed. The neighborhood was a little sketch but don't judge a book by its cover. The unit was cozy and well stocked. Would definatly return. Not five stars just because it had a weird smell, the cleaning could've been a little better a few minor updates could happen. Overall nice stay.

Great stay

Absolutely loved the place. The inside is phenomenal, the living room is massive and there was plenty of room for my kids and no one felt cramped. The beds were very comfortable, and tons of room for unpacking. There is a huge park behind the property with baseball, disc golf, and so much more. The best part is its only 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes back to downtown. It's not in the busy but it's still close to everything. 10/10 will defiantly stay here again!

Nice getaway

There was just a couple of little things that needed to be addressed & I called them to let them know, a broken can opener so they said they will get them taken care of. Very fast to respond to my text. We would use them again if we were going to Jacksonville.

Nicely remodeled place…on the inside.

The only reason not 5 stars, is because of the neighborhood. I guess it’s safe, it was quiet. But the other units sure look run down, and it’s not exactly a warm feeling when you pull in. You will say “uh oh”. But we had no issues with anyone, just visual blight.Now inside….what a nice job they have done. Everything is freshly remodeled and clean. Spacious downstairs. AC worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. TV’s throughout. WiFi easily handled multiple streaming devices. Foosball table was a fun extra in a small add on room attached to the living room which is kind of nice, so you can feel social to everyone else, but not distracting their conversation while playing.It’s clear, they really care about providing a nice experience, so while we had no issues, I get the feeling we would have had a quick response if we needed to get in touch. So really it’s just the little neighborhood they are in, which is out of mind while you are inside. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 4

The home was just perfect for our group of 4. We loved running around the trail in the park next door and the home was conveniently located next to the grocery store and other shopping/dining. The neighborhood was quiet and the home had just about everything we needed. We had two small issues during our stay. One was that the blow dryer was nowhere to be found. We were offered to be reimbursed if we purchased one and left it there, which was a great solution. The second issue was that we could not get one of the TVs in the bedroom to work. This was not resolved during our stay but the communication with the owner was quick and clear throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to travelers to Jacksonville.

Convieniently located

The property is conveniently located in a place where nothing is too far but you’re still out of the city. Our group has stayed there twice and enjoyed it both times. Our only critique would be to possibly have a covered patio table for outdoor entertainment like grilling and door mats at the entry to keep from tracking dirt/rain water inside. Will always consider booking this property in the future!

Wedding weekend

This property met our needs perfectly! Clean and bright, newly renovated. Nice TVs in every room plenty of seating to hang out in the living room, and the little patio in the back, fenced in was so nice to have. We’d stay here again and would recommend.

Updated townhome perfect for weekend in Jax

The home was very clean and property owners went out of their way to deliver an iron and ironing board. More towels would be great!

Comfortable Stay

The property was very cute as-pictured with an addition of a foosball table which we enjoyed a few times. The townhome neighborhood itself isn't the most manicured, but this particular townhouse rental is nice and very welcoming inside. We had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to add some hangers in the closet for guests to use. It's very close (quick walk) to a nice park which was helpful for a morning jog or walk if you're into that. It is a 1.75mile loop surrounding a frisbee golf course. A Publix is also nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
