Skiers and boarders will appreciate the location slope side on the Meadows Run. Take your pick. Want to ride the Chondola OR Lift 1 into the Village core? Or you can hop on Lift 10 and get whisked away for a long run down.

This one level condo has it all. A big comfy leather sofa with a matching love seat, new bedding, all new linens make for a comfy stay. The gas fireplace warms the open living space, and the wall of windows lets in beautiful natural light. The second guest bedroom is also located off the living area and has a bunk bed set with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom in the hall serves the second guest bedroom. Terraces 401 is ideal for a family gathering!

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
