Our property features both indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of San Jose Del Cabo. You can relax by the poolside, taking a refreshing dip whenever you please. Additionally, the upper balcony provides breathtaking views of the mountains, ocean, and the nearby golf course.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility and natural beauty of Baja California while enjoying the comfort and convenience of our stylish accommodations at Salt on the Rim.
We want to make your stay at Salt on the Rim as convenient and enjoyable as possible. In addition to providing a beautiful beachfront house, we also offer several amenities for your convenience.

During your stay, you'll have access to beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. These items are provided for your use, so you can fully enjoy your time at the beach without having to worry about bringing your own gear.

Furthermore, we understand the importance of relaxation and self-care while on vacation. That's why we have arranged for a professional masseuse to come to the house. If you would like to indulge in a rejuvenating massage, simply let me know, and I'll be happy to assist you in scheduling an appointment.

Fantastic house and location

Rented house for 3 couples for a week. The owner Shirelle was extremely helpful. The location was great right near the 7th green of the golf course. The location was perfect as our friends could walk to the shops and the golf course. Big bedrooms with large ensuites. Great place to stay highly recommended.

Best Girls Trip!

This really was an escape to paradise at Salt on the Rim! I celebrated a milestone birthday in style with my girlfriends at this amazing property. Every detail was 1st class. We relaxed outside by the dipping pool and played fun games gathered around the table. There was excellent communication with the owner and was provided with great suggestions in the area to make our trip even more memorable. Thank you so much and I look forward to returning!

Great for large family.

The property was as advertised. A beautiful home with gorgeous views. Great floor plan with large bedrooms, three with ensuites and large decks. Very comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need. The perfect home for a large family to laugh and relax.

Perfect getaway. Great location

We were three couples and had a great time. The beds were so comfortable, beautiful furnishings and kitchen had everything we needed. Location is only 15 minutes from the airport in a private community. They have bikes you can use. Multiple grocery stores nearby along with restaurants, beach, and fun activities like Flora Farms. Wi-Fi was great. Host gave us great suggestions. We will definitely stay there again.

We’ve been to Cabo a couple of times and Salt on the Rim is hands-down the prettiest place I’ve stayed at. Views of the golf course and ocean. The home is absolutely beautiful. Absolutely Beautiful!

Shirelle has thought of everything in this amazing property. Even with a larger group, there are spaces for everyone, whether it is relaxing by the plunge pool, watching the sunset on the second floor veranda or snuggling up and gazing at the ocean from the upstairs balcony, each space has a spectacular view. The kitchen is stocked even better than my kitchen at home. Her suggestions for dinners and brunch were amazing (Semillon for dinner is a must!). Very easy to get to from the airport. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!

Amazing girls weekend getaway

The property manager/owner was amazing. She was extremely prompt in responding to queries. The house is very close to both La Comer, Selecto Chedraui and numerous restaurants. The house has virtually every small appliance you would ever want, even two coffee makers - a filter drip and one that takes both K cups and pods.

Posh Gorgeous Relaxing Cabo Getaway

Salt on the Rim was just the place for a 5-day three-couple getaway to Cabo: It was a 20 minute shuttle ride from the airport, well appointed with very tasteful decor and every kitchen item we could think of, laundry machines, ocean view, close access and view of the golf course, gate attendant at the neighborhood entry, excellent upkeep, state of the art security and audio systems, comfortable beds, and quick access to the tollway to explore the peninsula including nearby beach clubs, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants. The owner was responsive and thoughtful. We are planning to go again as soon as we can!

Great location, beautiful home!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation and so appreciate everything Shirelle did to make it great! The design and decor of the entire house is just so lovey-it's like all the best of a boutique hotel and a very cool friend's home. The layout worked really well for us-everyone had lots of space to relax and the gathering areas (upstairs, the dining/living rooms, patios, plunge pool) were just right. We also really loved the location: less than half an hour from the airport-wow! Close to grocery stores and restaurants, a Starbucks the kids could walk to, a really lovely neighborhood that felt safe and easy access to beaches and the charming old town. Honestly, I don't ever need or want to go to Cabo San Lucas again when there's San Jose del Cabo-it's so much more relaxed and pretty.

Beautiful newly updated home with cool furnishings. Fun, each bedroom is named after a cocktail and decorated in the color scheme of that particular drink! We were so fortunate to be the first to enjoy the new pool and relax in the lounge chairs. Close ride to downtown San Jose- don’t miss Thursday night art walk! We chose to be picked up and dropped off at the airport … super conveniently arranged by the owner. Garage is well stocked with goodies for the beach - umbrella, cooler, chairs etc.. which made for a easy and hassle free vaca! Love this place !

Perfect for everything San Juan has to offer

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Salt on the Rim property in Cabo/San Juan through Vrbo, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The property itself is simply stunning, with luxurious decor and all the modern amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the property is definitely the fabulous plunge pool, which is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or simply relaxing with a cold drink in hand. I also appreciated the fact that the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay, providing me with plenty of information about the area and offering suggestions for things to see and do. All in all, I had an incredible time at Salt on the Rim and will definitely be going back. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Cabo, this property is definitely worth checking out on Vrbo!

Five Star Home!

Over the years, we have stayed at a variety of VRBOs always meticulously reading reviews before booking but I never have left a review, until now. Salt on the Rim rises above the rest in almost every aspect! Each room is meticulously decorated and designed to inspire a restful getaway. For the first time, I slept better than at home! The house has everything you need if you want to stay in and relax but is also close enough to amazing restaurants and activities. Also, don’t worry about researching top sights because the owner provides all these resources for you making your trip even more relaxing. Bottom line, I hope to return and will send my friends to book this beautiful home! If I were you, stop scrolling and book. You won't regret.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The home and surrounding property is pristine and the community is convenient to everything. It is a gated community and very private. We had everything we needed to make our stay an amazingly memorable one. Our host was fabulous and she was very helpful with everything we needed. I love the balconies with breathtakingly beautiful views. I look forward to booking this exact property again with my family. The decor, kitchen, etc. —- totally stunning. The host thought of everything. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Perfect for Surfing, Beach, Dining and Golf

The house is wonderful. It has large outdoor space which is great for groups. The place comes equipped with everything you could need while you are there including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The views are amazing and its very close to local restaurants, beach, and world class surf breaks as well as easy access to Club Campestre Golf Course and other courses. If you want to experience some of the best San Jose / Baja California Sur has to offer while staying at a luxury retreat this place is the one to book.

Highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful home the week of my friend’s wedding. Shirelle was the best to work with. I can not say enough how beautiful and clean this home is. The Beach Club was an amazing place to spend a couple of days enjoying an infinity pool, beach/ocean view, food and drinks. I would love to stay there again. Highly recommend if you have a group of friends or family and want to stay close to the beach, surfing and Old Town San Jose. Much more chill and relaxing than Cabo and the Marina area!!

A perfect girls' retreat!

5 stars all around!! The property is beautiful, clean and extremely well-stocked. The layout of the house with the large common room that connects to the outdoor patio space and the bedroom arrangements fit our group of 8 ladies perfectly. The location was super accessible to old town San Jose and the beach and all the surrounding beauty of the Baja California Sur. Shirelle was an amazing host! She provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities that made planning our girls' trip much easier, and was very responsive to questions and requests. Lulu the guest host accompanied us to the Beach Club which sits directly on the beach with an infinity pool. Staying here really made the weekend extra incredible. Would 100% stay here again!

Couples Getaway Weekend

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything was so clean and perfect. There was even makeup remover provided! The owner seriously thought of everything. The location was perfect for us and we really wanted to do a lot of fun thing but also relax and the location really made that possible. We did some thing together and some thing apart and it was lovely and relaxing for those that wanted to stay behind and just relax in the house on the pretty back porch. We all commented on the amenities. Very well thought out. We will be back!
