The kitchen island has seating for six and can be converted into a Ping-Pong table using the provided equipment. The entire house features beautiful hardwood floors throughout and was designed to be the perfect combination of modern and cozy beach vibes, with all new furnishings for your comfort. Take your morning coffee or evening cocktail out to one of two separate patios in the front or out back. The front patio has a steel wood-burning chiminea firepit, an inviting standing hammock, and an outdoor hot shower for after-beach rinse-off. The back patio features comfortable furniture seating and a built-in gas grill. Located right in the middle of Brighton Court and a half-mile south of Belmont Park Roller Coaster, this perfect beach and bay retreat is ready to greet you with every comfort and convenience you could ask for while enjoying your ultimate San Diego beach vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
